"So what does this mean...I can heal anything I touch?" I asked still amazed by what just happened.

He walked up to me and put his hands on my shoulders.

"Riley, my leg was broken. But after you put your hands on it, it healed itself. Your a healer." He said smiling.

I backed up a little but looking at the ground. I smiled.

I'm a healer.

I was worried it would be some weird gift that I could control. Or that they could use against me.

I heard rustling in the leaves not to far away. Jason pulled me against his chest behind a tree.

Well this is awkward.

I mean I like him...but...

Riley? What are you thinking?!? The men are almost going to catch you, and your thinking about Jason.

I'm such an amateur.

Right before the man came and saw us behind the tree, Jason backhanded him making him tumble to the ground.

"Riley, run!" Jason said in my ear.

I took off running father into the woods. I wasn't even paying attention I just kept on running.

I'm not letting them take what they think that's theirs.

I'm ending that, forever.

I kept running, until I got to the end of the forest, and looked around.

No Jason.

No. No. No.

God. How could I be this stupid?

I began to panic.

Oh crap. Not another panic attack. No no.

I tried to calm myself down, but I just kept breathing heavily, and pacing back and fourth.

I fell to my knees praying that Jason would be the one to find me.

To save me from those insane people trying to find me first.

Tears welling up in my eyes, the darkness started to sink in.

Then pitch black gave in to my eyes.
