I wonder if I can like expand my powers. Maybe I can practice that, I mean I am a healer.
I can spread it so far that if Jason gets hurt while fighting then it will heal instantly.
I'm kind of scared about pain illusion thing. I don't wanna kill people.
Well unless it's Chloe. Or the other freaking insane people.
How could you live with yourself?
Anyways, after I had that talk with Jason, I jump in the shower.
I blow dried my long brown hair, and put it in a pony tail.
I threw on some spandex, and a t-shirt, and some pink nikes that were in my dad's car.
I walked out, and Jason was sitting on the bed.
I was curious so I asked him.
"Jason, can I ask you something?"
He stood up, and took my hands.
"Is everything okay?"
"Yea, but I was thinking. What if I can sort of like expand my powers, so if your fighting, your injuries will heal instantly. I mean it's just a idea, but maybe it could work." I said looking up at him.
"That's actually not a bad idea." He kissed my forehead.
"Oh and another question.." I said looking down.
I was scared to ask him, but I wanted to know why he was doing this. Why he would even care about me or protect me. Or even kiss me the way he did.
But I got to admit. It was pretty freaking amazing.
"Why are you doing this? Why do you protect me, and care about me? Like I don't know if you know but I kinda am a monster. Like I don't even know why you kissed me."
He tilted up my chin it's his finger tips, and he looked a little worried.
"Riley, your not a monster. You are a protecter. Just like how I protect you. I do it for your safety, if you got hurt, I would literally go insane.." He paused," and I kissed you because, honestly, I've loved you since the day I met you. Your absolutely perfect." He said giving me a peck on the lips, and pulling me closer.
He intertwined his hand with mine, and we walked out of the beach house.
After about twenty minutes of driving in the car, we got to a little area of the beach that no one was at.
We got out, and he turned to me.
"Are you ready?" He asked.
I nodded, but I was kind of terrified. What if I hurt him? I would never be able to live with myself.
"Okay, let's start with your fighting. But first you need to warm up so go run down the shoreline." He said.
I looked at him with the 'I'm to tired' look, and he returned it with 'go now or I will make you look'.
I went for a short, but tiring run down the beach, until he told me to come back.
I came back panting like a dog, but then Jason already started with the hands on fighting crap.
He grabbed my wrists, put them behind my back, and gave me a dead leg, and I landed on my back with a thud.
I just laid there until his hand came out to help me up. I grabbed it thankfully, but then gave him a glare.
"You could have *breath* giving me *breath* a warning. *breath." I said pretty quietly.
He smirked.
"You got to be ready for anything."
I rolled my eyes. God he can be a pain in the ass sometimes. But I still love him.
He taught me how to defend myself in different cases. I learned them quickly, and he was impressed.
I guess it just runs in my blood. *flips hair*
After he taught me what I needed to know, he tested me on one last thing.
He came at me grabbed my wrist, but I got away, and pretended to kick him where the sun don't shine. But if it really happened, he would be able to have kids anymore.
He smiled, at my victory, and I laughed and turned my back on him.
A little advice..
Don't turn your back on a defeated boy.
Next thing I knew, I was up against the a little shed that had bathrooms in it, with my hands above my head, and Jason's breath on my lips.
Oh yea. Another cute kiss. Cliché huh?
He connected his lips with mine, but it was really passionate, and that was something I loved.
I pulled back slowly, and smiled. He followed.
"We should really get back to training." I said.
He smirked.
"It can wait."
He kissed me again, but then let go. I just giggled, and walked to where we were training.
"Okay, so here comes the fun part..are you ready to practice your powers?" He asked.
I nodded, and smiled.
Let's be badass.
