Chapter 26

Austin's color drained from his face, but slowly stood up like he was scared.

I was so confused. Who's here?

"He's a protector Austin he will do anything to get her." Chloe said.

Austin looked at me, but then knelt down at eye level.

"You stay here. If you come out of this room, you will get tortured so much that you won't wake up for weeks. Stay here." He said raising his voice a little.

I stared at him wide eyed.

Who the hell is here, and why are they so scared about it?

Before they left, Austin tied a chain to the bed to my wrist.

I glared at both of them as they rushed out.

Right before they closed the door I heard a faint "Riley!", and I shot up from the bed.

I winced a little bit because my leg was still sore, and sat down again.

I sat there silently listening for anything.

After about five minutes, I heard a long bang, then a crash, and then another faint "Riley!"

I stood up again, faster this time because my leg was healing, and listened again.

I heard another two crashes then another louder, "Riley!"

I tried to run to the door so I could hear a little better, but got pulled back by the chain.

Then another louder "Riley!"

But this time I recognized it.

Jason.

"Jason in here! Please help me!" I screamed out.

I began to tug on the chain, but it wouldn't budge.

A bang on the door made me jump, and snap my head towards it.

"Riley! Are you in here!?" Jason said.

"Jason yes! I'm in here! Help!" I screamed.

He immediately broke down the door.

I felt like everything was in slow motion.

The moment his eyes met mine, I broke down in tears.

He ran to me, and before I knew it he's arms were around my waist. I cried on his shoulder.

"Riley, it's okay I'm going to get you out of here." He pulled back, and started tugging on the chain.

He finally broke it, and I looked down for a split second. Then Jason was on the floor, and in front of me I saw Austin with a brick in his hand.

I stood up, and shoved him back, but he took no interest in me, he started to punch Jason in the face.

I began to try and shove him off, but got pulled back by my hair. I turned around to see Chloe with a smirk on her face.

"Get ready bitch." I said.

I lunged at her at her, knocking her to the floor. I began to throw punch, after punch.

Once I got a break I turned to look how Jason was doing, but before I could, Chloe got me in a head lock, and I couldn't move. Jason was in the same situation.

"Oh, well look at this. To bad you couldn't save your girlfriend Jason." Austin said.

I glared daggers at him, but then my gaze turned to Jason.

He winked at me, and I knew exactly what he meant. I threw my head back, and head butted Chloe.

I turned to look at Jason, but then the room started to melt, and everything was black.

I turned around, and I saw Chloe with a knife, charging at me.

I thought fast, and gave her the pain illusion.

She started to struggle, but then fell lifelessly to the floor.

That's for all of the pain you've caused me.

But then the room started to melt again, and I was staring at Austin's devil eyes.

I spun around to see Chloe, actually dead on the floor.

I looked at Austin confused.

"It's okay. You did my job for me. I didn't like her anyways." He said smirking.

He had his foot on Jason's neck, and Jason was struggling.

I lunged at him takin him down on the floor. I threw a punch, but then clasped my hands around his neck.

He struggled for air, but then got a few words out.

"Your weak, and I can't believe that you thought you could defeat me." He said smirking.

I shot of pain went through me bicep, and my head snapped to it.

It was a shot, and the liquid had been drained from it.

I looked down at him, then over at Jason.

I mouthed 'I love you' to him before my eyes were met with darkness.
