****Austin's POV****
I argued with the beast for many hours after he hurt Riley. He's so stubborn, and selfish. All he cares about is himself.
Chloe came back, and I know what your thinking..shouldn't I know why she's coming back to life spontaneously? Nope. Not a clue. Beast won't tell me.
Anyways, I keep arguing with beast to get him to go check on Riley, but he knows what I'm doing. One, I want to check on her, she was hurt pretty badly, and two, I want to get even closer to getting back in control of my own body. Every once and while I take control, but beast monitors my every move. So I can't tell anyone that I'm stuck in this hell hole of a person.
Chloe began to bicker with beast of how he just left her there to die, even though she came back to life. I tried to argue with her, and send her out, because I knew that all she was going to do is torture Riley with beast. I don't want that for her, or for anyone. It's painful for me to watch, and I can't do anything, nor am I the one getting tested, practically tortured.
Beast sat down, after his
flirty/bickering lala land moment with Chloe. She went into Riley's room, and I immediately got nervous.
I absolutely hate Chloe. She disgusts me, and beast yells at me every time I gag when he kisses her.
But I'm not scared of him, I just roll my eyes.
I began to yell at him, and fight my way into control of my own flesh and blood.
I finally felt myself inside my own head, with a little whisper of beast trying to get back in control.
Like on cue, Chloe walked out with a sorrowful face on, but quickly shook it away as she walked back down the hallway to the bathroom I suppose.
I shot up from my seat, and proceeded to Riley's room.
I quickly opened the door, and as my eyes adjusted, I saw he leaning against the wall with her head resting against it.
She looked like she was staring into space. Thinking of something very depressing. Her color from her face was drained, there were bags under her eyes, and she hadn't eaten in at least a week.
"Riley?" I asked softly.
There were a few moments of silence, but she got up, and walked over to the bed in the corner of the room. Her back facing me.
She didn't even look at me, and that broke my heart.
Beast's voice was getting stronger, and he was coming back.
I quickly walked over to her, and tried to turn her shoulder to me, so I could see her beautiful face.
She roughly pulled it away. Everything that happened before that moment just melted from my memory.
"Why are you so mad?" I asked.
Beasts voice was louder, and I knew he was going to be taking control any moment.
"You really going to ask me that?" She didn't even look at me, or explain, and those images popped back into my mind.
Beast took over again, and walked out of the room.
"Why did you do that to her!? You didn't have to. She doesn't deserve any of this. Haven't you tortured her enough?" I yelled at him, louder than usual.
"Awe, is Austin being soft? Does he have a little girly friend?" He chuckled.
I was going to try to say something else, but he blocked me out as Chloe enter the room again.
Beast pulled her into the nearest room, and began there, frankly very disgusting, make out session.
More like make-up make out session.
I just watched, and mentally gagged, again.
Thirty minutes later, Chloe pulled back, and whispered something that made my heart drop.
"Want to do some tests on the whore?"
How dare she. A whore? Seriously? I began to yell, but beast blocked me out once again.
He just nodded, and smiled.
Beast waited outside Riley's door as Chloe went in.
A couple seconds later she came out with the most worried expression on her face.
"Austin, she's gone! Are you stupid? Did you let her out?" She yelled.
Beast didn't reply, and she took off down the stairs to the front door.
"Don't worry, she won't get to far. I put a shock collar on her ankle. Once she runs a certain amount of distance away from the house, she'll pass out. Give it fifteen minutes." Beast finally replied.
Chloe closed the door, but then spotted something on the table. A note, looked like it to me.
She read out loud,"Next time don't make your little shock collar things out of plastic. Oh! And lock the door. Rookie mistake. ~R."
She slowly put the paper back down on the table, and stared at beast with her nostrils flaring, and her fists clenched.
All I could do was laugh.
Damn right Riley.
Run like the wind girl.
