I grabbed the wrist of my attacker, and pulled it off with ease.
Wait. Why was this easy?
I spun around, scooting back in the process.
Jason.
"Jason! What the hell! You don't just do that! Do you have any idea how much that scared me!?" I yelled at him, hitting him on his bicep.
"Sorry Riley.... I thought it would be funny." He said chuckling.
Are you kidding me?
"Do have any idea what I've been through in the past three days? Why? Are you stupid or something?"
"Look, I've been through a lot too. It's not just you." He said getting a little angrier.
"Yea okay. Put yourself in my shoes, and then re think that." I said storming away.
I was just about to walk up the stairs when he spoke up.
He has no idea what I'm going through right now.
"Riley your not the only one who has been through something. My parents died too!" He yelled.
I turned around, and stared him straight in the eye.
"Both of my loving parents died also, just learn that they probably didn't even want me. I have a gift that these insane people would kill anyone to get it. I just lost my best friend who betrayed me right In front of my face. I feel like my whole life is a lie. And you think what you just did I would take as a joke?" I said.
The tears were coming I could feel them.
He stared at me blankly.
I walked up the stairs only getting halfway before he grabbed my wrist.
I yanked it away.
"Don't touch me."
I walked into my room, and slammed the door in his face.
I mean he deserves it.
I slid my back down my door, with silent tears running down my cheeks.
I feel so alone.
So empty.
I could hear Jason outside my door leaning against the wall mad at himself for being an idiot.
Well at least I hope he's thinking that.
I don't know what to do.
I wish my mom was here. But now she's gone too.

I must of dozed off because I woke up still with my back to the door.
It was about six o'clock am, and the sun wasn't out yet, so I decided to go for a run.
I got up, and started to turn my ratted hair into a ponytail. When I finished I heard a knock at my door.
I opened it to face Jason.
I looked down, and clenched my jaw.
"What?" I asked.
"Uh..what are you doing up so early?" He asked keeping his voice calm.
"I'm going to go on a run. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to finish getting ready."
