Maya's POV

I groaned getting up to the unknown sound. I move my hand around looking for my phone, finally grabbing it I check the notifications.

No, no, no, and no.

"Shit," I mumble

2 Text messages

Dad- Hey Maya, haven't seen you in forever. How about you come and have dinner with the family you've forgotten about. :)

Dad- Bring friends if you want, seeing that's what you care most about now:)

I quickly shut my phone off, oh god I haven't spoken to them in 2 years. Great.

"What is it?" I heard Jackson mumble with his raspy voice, from underneath me.

"Nothing," I whisper, going back under the covers.

Jackson's grip around my waist tightens as he pulled me into his lap.

"Baby what is it." He asked playing with my hair.

"My parents texted me. They invited me to dinner." I mumble.

"Ok?... What's bad about that? Can I come?" He asks, still playing with my hair.

"That's the problem, all of you can.." I trail off putting my head on his shoulder.

"Why? Are you ashamed of me?" He questions, looking me deep in my eyes.

"No not at all, it's just because of all the tattoos and piercings, they're just very judgmental, I'm not ashamed, I just don't feel like hearing all the comments," I whisper.

"Oh." He pauses, "Well we're going anyways." He says smiling.

"Fineeeee," I whine giving him a kiss before rolling out of bed.

I felt Jackson smack my butt before I walked to the bathroom. I glared at him, covering my butt. He just kept smirking before going on his phone.

- (4:00pm)-

"Sooo we're going to a dinner?!" Emma clapped excitedly.

"It's not going to be that great." I roll my eyes, eating a bag of Salt and Vinegar chips.

"But is there food??" She asks, with her eyebrows going up.

"Yes." I muffle, stuffing my face with my chips.

"Ok then." She smiles.

"So what's so bad about them?" Ty questions, with Madison, cuddled up to him on the couch.

"Wait?!" I yell choking on my chip, Everyone jumped.

I shake Jackson, who I was sitting on, "Oh my god!?!?? ARE YOU TWO DATING?!" I yell excitedly with my eyes going wide.

"Yeah." Ty smiles, with Madison blushing.

"OMG! And you didn't tell me you asshole!" I scream, jumping up from Jackson and my chips flying everywhere.

Ty just laughed, "You gonna pick that up?" Jackson chuckled pulling me back into his lap.

"Sorry," I mumble, stuffing them all in my mouth from the floor.

Everyone just looked at me.

"What I'm hungry ok." I roll my eyes.

"Are you pregnant?" Lilly asked smirking.
