Real and lasting change comes from within; get an instant makeover by taking practical steps to focus on your inner beauty and what's already fabulous about you!

About the course
Noted fashion guru Carson Kressley has made a career of helping people look their best, but it always comes down to discovering that beauty and confidence start from within. Make yourself over during this one week course through simple tips and lessons to stop sabotaging the fabulous you that's underneath the (mental and/or fashion) clutter!

Why take this course?
- Embrace your beauty
You're already beautiful, and with simple, practical steps towards focusing on your best attributes rather than obsessing over what's "wrong," you'll find yourself with new confidence.

- Make yourself a priority
People who feel happy with themselves feel more in control of their lives. That happiness leads to better habits, which in turn leads to even greater health and happiness.

- Boost confidence and kindness
Many of us struggle to be kind and gentle with ourselves, but science shows that when we can give ourselves compassion, we not only feel better about ourselves, we're more likely to give it to others, as well.

Why we created this course
"As soon as our users started asking for a 'makeover' course, I knew we needed a style expert who really exemplifies the notion of beauty coming from within rather than from having the latest and/or most expensive fashion and accessories. Carson Kressley knows fashion, but even better, he knows how to foster confidence, self-acceptance, and happiness -- attributes that are always the height of style."
