Random acts of kindness and paying it forward are two great examples when it comes to spreading joy.

Being kind to yourself is really important and anyone like Nataly Kogan, me or anyone else, would recommend going some self care, like self love and self kindness/self-compassion! I'd recommend her: "The Gift Of Self Compassion" she has created where she sends you weekly emails plus emails everyday, (not sure if on the weekends) for 4 weeks total of 3o days worth of great work on improving yourself mentally in the work of your own inner self!
