Happier has so truly gratefully changed and saved my life in ways I never knew nor saw coming at all. It started out with basic posts in the beginning and then as college came I used it as much as I did in which helped and also saved my life through both the courses I completed in the Happier app as well as the support I got in the Happier community!
Then after coming home after surviving the first year of college, I started my recovery and as much work I did myself, the support I got in the Happier community really benefited greatly! And up to today and especially 23 days close towards my 2 year recovery; it's been hard yet so worth it in so many words!
