Simons POV

"Well do you like it babe?" She eagerly asks, bouncing with excitement.

"Um...Yeah! Of course!" I say quickly putting the stick back in the box.

I watch her face fall and her bouncing comes to a stop.

"You don't like it,"  She sadly states.

"What! No-, no, no! I do honey," I begin after seeing her face.

"You don't want this baby don't you?" Adele suddenly yells out, "that's why you don't like the present," She blurts as her eyes begin to fill with tears.

"No of course not Delly!" I want this baby." I say wiping the tears from her eyes.

"No, you don't Simon." She says pulling away.

"Adele Laurie Blue Adkins. Listen to me." I say as I put my hands on her face. "I love you more than anything, and I want to raise this baby with you. That stick reminds me of how lucky I am to have found someone like you... but I'm scared, I really don't want to disappoint you. Even though I should have this whole 'baby thing' down by now."

"I'm sorry Si, I don't know why I'm acting like this," She says looking down.

"That's okay babe, I understand. It's just your hormones, that this little guy is causing." I say putting my hands on her stomach and beginning to kiss her as she suddenly jerks back.

"Babe, Are you okay?" I worriedly ask.

She squeals, "Simon the baby kicked!" She grabs my hand and places it on her stomach.

Do you feel that Simon! Simon that's our baby! Our baby!" She excitedly squeals.

Tears begin to fill in my eyes. "That's my boy," I say as I kiss her stomach and begin to kiss her.

"Um... hold up who said it's going to be a boy?" She asks with a frown as she pulls away.

"Me. Duh! It's gonna be you'll see." I say with a laugh.

She glares at me for a second and then bursts into laughter.

"Keep dreaming Konecki," She chuckles.

"We will see tomorrow anyway." I reply.

"What are you talking about Konecki?" She asks looking intrigued.

"You'll just have to wait and see," I say with a smile.

"But why... you know I don't have any patience." She wines.

"Believe me I know that," I say as I begin to laugh.

We look into each other's eyes, taking in this moment.

I will never be able to find someone like her.

I continue to look her body up and down, she's so perfect.

So perfect it overwhelms me.

She laughs, "Why do you do that Simon?"
