"hey" was all josh said before he closed the door of their new apartment.
"hi"
josh looked at his girlfriend, smiling as he pushed back a hair that was lingering on her face.
maya smiled up at him before lightly punching him in the arm.
"ouch! what was that for?"
"can you just please tell me what was going on earlier."
"of course, but can i ask you something."
" ask away."
" you know i love you right?"
maya hummed in response as josh stroked her hair.
" and you know i want you in my life forever, and we've been dating for almost five years now."
maya turned to look up at josh, holding his hand as they looked into each other's eyes.
" we've talked about growing old together and having two kids maya, i want that to happen."
