Jonathan growled. Of course she loved him, but Jonathan was jealous as ever. "He's dead, floating in water in tiny pieces," Jonathan growled out, as if it was nothing. He could see the pain in her eyes.
"How?!! Why?!! When?!?!" She angrily screamed as she moved away from him. She was crying now as she stood up and paced along the room. "I knew something didn't feel right!!! I knew he was in trouble!!! I knew something was up, but why?!?!?!" She continued to scream and Jonathan suddenly felt guilty for his actions.
"Mia it's not your fault," Jonathan spoke as softly as possible while he held back the tears from seeing her in pain. She turned on him.
"No Jonathan!" She spit at him. "If the nightmare I had was real it was your fault!!! All your fault!!! You killed him after killing that demon!!!" She was right in front of him now. "You killed Sebastian, and Jonathan I loved you at one point. I used to accept you for having demon blood in your system. I used to accept it, and think of us as the same, since it runs in my veins too, but Jonathan you are horrible!!! You killed him!!! You killed the boy I loved!!!" She screamed more and more as she cried even harder, and Jonathan cringed every time; a very small part of him wanted to yell back at her but he didn't and neither did he really want to. Mia, was a lot to him, she changed the way he reacted to situations, she changed the way he acted, she changed him, for the better. "Why Jonathan? When? When did you turn into this monster?" She asked, and Jonathan sighed.
"Mia it's my father, he wanted me to kill him, I'm so sorry, I didn't know it was you. When Sebastian was talking to you on the phone I didn't know it was you, I thought you were dead, I'm so sorry, please forgive me, please don't blow my cover." Jonathan practically begged.
She looked at him, and Jonathan hated the way she was looking at him. "Jonathan, I will not tell, but please promise me you will not kill anyone else close to me." She spoke with a hard tone that made Jonathan feel like he'd broken her, like he'd made her hate him, and he hated himself for that.

                           Mia

Mia sat at the edge of Lake Lyn, she couldn't believe what Seb-Jonathan had told her. She couldn't believe that nightmare had been real, she couldn't believe that Valentine could be so cruel as to beat Jonathan as much as he did. Mia remembered getting whipped by Valentine, that was when she disobeyed anything he said. Mia looked at her snow white horse, "I can't believe how hard it was to believe he wasn't Sebastian, yes there were differences, but I felt like I knew him more than I actually did; and my feelings for Sebastian well they were strong but Jonathan, he's not as bad as people think, he's just lost and it's heartbreaking to realize all too late that I once knew him for him and not this monster Valentine has created out of him after I wasn't allowed to be near him any more. It makes me feel like I should have fought Valentine to get back to him, and I regret that I didn't." Mia let out, and her horse that seemed to understand stepped closer to her and comforted her as much as a horse could. "Jonathan, I remember so much, so many memories had happened with him at that mansion. Valentine was away, and we'd hang out, and then Valentine decided we train together and we barely had any time to play or hang out any more. Jonathan was my best friend, I was in love with him but he killed Sebastian. How am I supposed to forgive that?" Mia was so trapped in her thoughts, she didn't hear the sound of footsteps behind her.
"Jonathan was only doing what he was told, I'm sure he did not intentionally kill the boy you loved. I'm sure Jonathan didn't even know he was your lover." A voice spoke.
Mia growled. "You killed them both! You killed Jonathan's lightness! You turned him into a monster and then you had the monster you created kill anyone that could be used as a good disguise! It's your fault I lost Jonathan! It's your fault Sebastian is dead!" Mia yelled at Valentine.
Valentine smirked. "And I'm sure Jonathan enjoyed every second of killing that useless, weak boy from that Paris institute. That boy you loved so dearly, I have told this to all of you children I raised, love is a weakness, love is destruction." Valentine spoke in a calm voice that ticked off Mia immensely.
"With Sebastian, love was my cure, love was my happiness, my light in this dark world. You took that away from me!" Mia held back the tears, she couldn't be weak, not in front of this monster.
Valentine smiled sickly. "Oh Mia we both know that isn't true, we both know Jonathan was the reason for your happiness. Don't think I don't know about that little kiss between you two when you were both 10."
