Katelyn

Last night was so much fun, even if all we did was watch Glee and throw popcorn at one another. Yet that was last night, this morning we have work to do.

"Okay Max are you ready to hear my plan!" His sleepy eyes look at mine as he finished getting Sophia dressed and ready for day care.

"Yep, just as soon as I get dressed and lock up the cabin we can get going." He takes Sophia and placers her on the living room floor so she can crawl around a little.

"Okay well lets make this quick, we have a long drive ahead of us!"

We drop off Sophia at daycare and the same women before gave us an evil look for being ten minutes late, its like this lady hates us gosh humans. Max has been asking me questions all morning but I just don't feel right answering him, its my plan and I know its going to work I just don't want to worry him, I know who he feels about meeting the elders but its our only choice.

Max

Katelyn still hasn't told me where we are going, I have a feeling it has something to do with her elders for that is the only thing I can come up with that would change her mind on telling me.As we get  further into the drive I start to get the feeling that I have been here before. Right now we are on a drive deep into the woods. The dirt walk ways and signs look all too fermilar to me. I start to see a gate up ahead on the road and behind it is a large house. People stand out side of the gate Id-ing and logging every person who enters

Katelyn gets us past the gate and into the house, which is amazing by the way. only she doesn't even give me any time to look around and take it all in. She keeps telling me that no one can know that i'm here and pulls me along the halls quickly. Soon we find our-selfs at the center of the house. A large wooden door stands between us and who I think are the elders.

"Okay behind this door are the elders, they should be able to tell us what to do." I don't say anything other than a nod, I fell as if I don't have the right to speak. The doors swing open on their own, we walk in only to find an elderly old man a women sitting next to a fire place, reading.

"Katelyn, Max, what on earth took you to so long?"The older women said. Wait they know me. She places her book down on the small black table next to her  and makes her way towards us. "Don't just stand there looking all pretty, come give your great, great, grandma a hug."

Katelyn doesn't waste anytime. She runs over to the old woman, careful not to hurt her when she wraps her arms around her. After a minute they pull away, Katelyn waves her hand at me to come over to her. Which I do slowly.

"Hello there ma'am." the older women smiles at me. "Would it be rude of me to ask you a question?"

"Asides from the one you just asked. They by all means, ask away." I like her.

"How is it you know my name?" Her eyes fall, her expression changes from one of pure happiness to a sorry look.

"What they did to you two is just wrong. But I am glad that it didn't work, well it only half worked." she turns and heads over to who I am assuming is Katelyn's great, great, grandfather.

"What are you talking about grandma?" Katelyn takes my hand as we follow her grandmother leading us to her grandfather.

"Katelyn, when you turned four you were able to turn into your wolf." she says looking along the never ending book shelves.

"But that's not right. I first shifted into my wolf when I was 10, not 4." Her grandmother takes a large old looking book off of the shelf. Walking towards Katelyn's grandfather and places it in his lap.

"You have a very special wolf my dear Katelyn. A wolf that fur can change to your emotions, a wolf that has not  been seen since... Well I had my wolf." We both look at her grandmother in confusion, I know that I am far more confused that Katelyn is.

"But grandma. What does all this mean?" Katelyn's grandmother takes her hands into her own and smiles.

"Well that you have a human for a mate of choirs. What else would it mean dear."
