Sometimes laughter flows from my lips
As I stare at and listen to ignorant bits
I'm fourteen, and fifteen in two months others twice my age, clueless as moths
College seemed a great experience
But knowledge with no significance
In the days of modern age
People's minds are locked in a cage
A world full of advanced technology
No need for a degree in psychology
To see what is simple as 1,2, and 3
But they continue to climb up ignorant trees
But look, it's no surprise
Look at who's our president
Messing up hardworking people's residence
Look at his supporters, at least six eighth
Who fails to see even with a different faith
That people deserve a happiness
That that shouldn't be something to guess!
It's simple as 1,2, and 3!
But look at what they called our formers leader
Who was like a wonderful reader
And provided so many solutions
But no, it's like a hard math equation
Can't admit that he was satisfyingly good
Because of his skin, isn't that rude?!
Yes, it's like simple manners
That should have been thought by your mother
But maybe she was like you
Believed the same thing as you
Because ignorance can run from generations
But we can change that with no frusteration
Use simple manners, even if they weren't thought
By mothers or colleges, it's not too late or rough
Learn that everyone is worthy
Of respect, kindness, and equality
But some will see and refuse to listen
My voice will hesitate to risen
Why?
I'm fourteen, and fifteen in two months
But sometimes laughter flows from my lips
Some will have college experiences
But will remain twice my age and as cluless as moths
*simply my opinion*
