Vidhi Patel, at young age of 12 years old had been introduced to the world of American politics. First, it was meeting the local Board of Education, then, the township's mayor. From there, it went up the totem pole of public servants from there. Politics was a game of skeletons in the closet, money, and connections, she realized at an early age.
It started out as the debate of two or more ideas on how something should be done in the town, state, or country. As time went on, money and who you were friends with was at the nucleus of every level of politics.
When Vidhi graduated high school, she left behind everything that was not going to help her be a pediatrician. That meant baking, professionally singing, and politics.
After 11 long years of education, she was finally a practicing pediatrician in her hometown of Woodbridge, New Jersey. She started her own practice, Smiling Kids Pediatrics.
11 years later, she rents apartment 816.

Terrence Favaro moved to Woodbridge at the age of 9, where he met Vidhi. After much poking and prodding, he finally joined their high school choir. The Woodbridge High School's Bass Notes later accepted him into their prestigious ledger lines.

As Vidhi moved up in the diplomatic and medical fields, Terrence moved through the ranks of the singers, male and female alike. Even throughout the struggles of high school, they managed to stay friends.
After graduating high school, Terrence and Vidhi went their own ways. Terrence moved on to teaching and Vidhi to medicine. Though Vidhi and Terrence talked quite often in the first years after their first degrees, their communication dropped as life threw mountains at them.
11 years later, he rents apartment 814.
