2AM

Samantha's POV

"What the fuck!" I whisper yell as I hear someone, or something banging on the door. I climb out of the warmth of my bed and make my way to the door. I sigh in annoyance as I open the door. "Simon?" I question as I step out. I make sure to close the door enough so the light from the corridor doesn't wake Ruby up. "What do you want?" I ask quietly. "You." He simply says. "It's two in the morning." I mutter. "So?" He questions with a smirk. "And I'm tired." I explain. "Just come on, please." He begs. I sigh. "Five minutes, Minter." I say before walking back into my room.

I grab the first things I see; some grey joggers, and my white Nike's. I tie my hair up into a messy bun and quickly write a note for Ruby, saying that I've gone for a walk, in case she wakes up. I then grab my phone: for emergency reasons, before heading out.

"This better be good, Minter." I mutter as we quietly walk down the corridor. "Trust me, you'll love it." He says with a smirk. "I better do." I state. "You will." He smiles.

Without thinking, we lace our fingers together as we walk down the dark corridors of the main school building. "Fuck, it's cold." I mutter. "Just a little." He lightly chuckles. "Anyway, where are we going?" I ask, curiously. "Somewhere." He simply says as he looks down at me. "But where?" I ask. "Lunch hall." He smiles. "Why?" I ask. "Because we are." He simply says. "But wh-" He cuts me off by pressing his finger on my lips. "It's a surprise, baby girl." He smiles at me. I don't say anything; I just nod in response.

"TaaDaa." He beams as he opens the door to the lunch hall. "You made this?" I ask in awe as I look around. A table in the middle of the room with a candle, and a bunch of white roses in the middle of it. Food sits on the plates, either side of it. "Indeed I did, with some help." He smiles. "Awe." I coo as I turn around to look at him. I notice Tobi and Vik standing behind him. "You two helped?" I ask as I point at the pair. "A little." Tobi smiles. "Cute." I giggle.

"Anyway, have fun lovebirds." Vik says before walking off. "Yeah, have fun." Tobi smiles before following him. "Will do, guys." Simon chuckles before closing the door behind them.
