As he opened his eyes he could see nothing. He felt nothing. He heard nothing. He was wondering where he was or if it was the same as the other times. He couldn't remember. When he tried opening his mouth a small beam of light appeared making him close his eyes. When the light had disappeared he open his eyes again to see trees rustling against the wind. He felt grass underneath him, he heard birds chirping.

He was in some kind of forest from what he could tell. When he looked at himself he realized he had different clothes on than what he had on before, with the exception of the hexagon like pendant, and he felt warmness like a fire inside his body.

"What is this? A new power?" He asked questioning himself before standing up. "Well whatever it is I'll figure it out in no time." He said with a sense of excitement burning in his eyes as he wandered off.

Three Months Later...

A couple weeks after Tatsumi had joined Night Raid, a group of specialized assassins who used their Imperial arms against the Capital, Tatsumi went inside after a long day of training with Bulat. He sat down and was immediately called into the kitchen by Akame.

"Tatsumi can you help me with dinner!" She shouted out to him in a sweet voice.

"Yeah sure thing." He got up exhausted still and went into the kitchen to help.

Akame was waiting there for him. Her black long hair waving a little bit as she moved and her red eyes looking around for certain items as she moved around the kitchen with speed.

Tatsumi quickly started to help out and within a hour they had finished. When they brought the plates out Leone, Sheele, Bulat, Lubbock, Mine, and Najenda were waiting. They set the plates down and everyone said "Thank you for this meal" in synchronization.

Lubbock, the green haired boy who quickly started to eat had the same goggles on top of his head like always which matched the red gloves he wore, tried to ask Najenda out to a date only to get rejected for the millionth time but gave off the expression as if he had enjoyed the rejection.

The blonde haired girl, Leone, ate her food fiercely while also drinking a bottle of sake. "Man this tastes delicious." She said somewhat intoxicated and with a smirk on her face.

Mine, who had made her pink hair into twin pigtails and had worn nothing but pink, ate her food with some respect and peacefully though was always making comments to Tatsumi, "Hey idiot did you make sure to make my food correctly, because I swear if I find one thing wrong with it I'll make sure to blast you with pumpkin again, making sure not to miss." She said glaring at him.

"Don't worry I made it exactly the way you like it. Now please stop bringing that up." Tatsumi said with a slight blush on his face but shook it off.

Sheele, who had purple hair and glasses on and who was considered the air head of the group, tried picking up her fork only to drop it making her freak out. "S-sorry." She said going to retrieve it.

Bulat, the tall muscular guy in the room, helped Sheele with her fork. "See Tatsumi you got to help a woman with love, with love, love." He said with a positive vibe on his face and a sense of happiness towards Tatsumi.

"Bro why did you have to make it echo." Tatsumi said with a creeped out look. 'Yep definitely gay' he said in his head wishing Leone hadn't told him when he came here to Night Raid.

Akame quickly ate through her plate which consisted of only meat. In only about a minute most of her food was gone. When Lubbock tried to take a piece of her food she quickly put a knife against his throat.

Lubbock looked at the knife. "S-sorry." He said while swallowing. Akame just gave him a evil glare and then went back to eating like nothing happened.

Najenda, a grey haired women in her 20's who had a robotic arm and had a eye patch over her right eye, was the leader of the group. As she smoked her cigarette she opening her left eye and stood up. "I have some news tonight so please be quiet."

Everyone quieted down except for Leone. "Aww but why I'm having a fun time." She said holding the sake bottle over her head. Quickly she got hit in the back of the head by her leader. Leone rubbed the back of her head. "Owww.. common I was only teasing." She said hiccuping. Everyone besides Najenda had laughed at what had just occurred.

"The last couple of weeks we have been getting information that Capital forts has been being destroyed by some person. The Resistance isn't quite sure who he is, but when they intercepted the Intel one of the survivors said that the person doing these things used fire in his attacks. No signs of a Imperial Arm."

Everyone looked at her in a little bit of shock. "We are still not sure if he or she is a ally or on its own sid, but I believe that it will prove handy for us if we can convince he or she to join our cause."

"What if this person says no." Tatsumi asked with a bit of shock showing in his face.

"Then kill him. We don't want this person to be captured by the Capital even if it has certain skills." Everyone nodded and finished up eating and cleared the table.

Akame cleaned the dishes and was deep in thought, 'A person who uses fire to attack. Interesting.'

Somewhere Farther Away...

A figure starts to walk away from a burning fort. "Man that was fun though the guards didn't do anything to slow me down." He looks back at his handiwork and smiles. "Hopefully Night Raid has taken notice. If so than I should be able to help end this war." He turns around and starts walking. "This though is the beginning." He said with a little bit of a smile.
