The day had finally come. The day Night Raid would have the upper hand. The day they would crush some of the Capitals Warriors. The Jaegers. Though it would only be half of the group it would still be to cripple the capital and make it easier for the Revolutionary army to move forward. As morning quickly approached the members of Night Raid had already been moving all around preparing for their new mission. "I sure hope we can pull this off." Lubbock said scratching his head while collecting up his strings.

Akame picked up her sword and sheathed it. She than reached down to pick up two armored bracelets which she put on her wrists. "We can do this. I have faith that we can kill them." She said but with a little look of worry in her eyes.

Mine walked up to her and placed a hand on her shoulder. "You're thinking about your sister again aren't you?" She said looking at her. Akame just nodded not saying anything.

Mine then smiled and gave her a thumbs up. "Don't worry you can do this. We all have faith in you. Besides we are right beside you no matter what." This made Akame smile a little bit which made her happy.

Drew stood at the bottom of the stairs and smiled looking at the girls. Lubbock walked over to Drew and leaned against the wall. "Man this sucks. I have the worst job ever for this mission. You guys get to have fun while I have to gather the reinforcements for the other group."

Chelsea walked down the stairs. "Hey at least you get to actually do something. I have to sit on the sidelines and wait." She said while giving a sort of disappointed face.

"Each part of the operation is as important as the next so don't take them too lightly. You'll be saving our skins one way or another." Drew said looking at both of them. They both just shrugged and walked off.

Akame walked up to Drew and looked at him. "You ready?" She said looking at him with worry in her eyes.

He smiled and nodded. "Yeah I'm ready. How about you?" He asked seeing that she was still having doubts. She nodded not saying anything. "Don't worry we will make sure that you and your sister are alone. I can understand that kind of family feud." He smiled big at her which made her blush slightly.

She quickly hugged him. "Just be careful ok?" She said letting go and smiling up at him the best she could.

He gave her a slow nod right as Najenda walked in the front door with Susanoo. "Let's get going." She said. Everyone got up and went outside. Drew and Akame followed leaving the house.

South of the Capital near the Canyon Formations...

Three horses started approaching from the north heading right down the middle of the canyon. "So our opponents are the capitals strongest advisaries, Night Raid." Bols said a little worried. "I wonder if someone like me can

Wave calmly responded to his friend. "Don't worry. We faced a night raid member before. Even though we were powerless against him I'm sure we can pull it off. Besides there were no sightings of him in our reports so he might be dead." Wave said.

Kurome started to form a weird smile. "You say things like that, but honestly you'll probably hold us back the most, Wave." She said not looking back at him as her horse passed his.

Wave started to get enraged at what she was saying. "How dare you. Are you saying that you don't trust my skill?" He asked her.

She finally looked at him keeping her creepy smile. "Right. I feel when we need you most, you'll be weak."

He replied,"If I equip Grand Chariot-"

He was than interrupted by Kurome. "Than show me how strong you are." She said.
