Noboru x Reader

" Are you thinking about Noboru?" Kuguru asked as I jumped. " Why do you say that?" I questioned as she giggled. " every time you talk with him, you have a really happy smile and it happens when you think about him." She replied.

" it's that obvious!" I exclaimed earning a nod. I blushed big time as I realized that someone else might know. " Do you think Noboru knows?" I asked. " I'm sorry (Name), I think he does know." Kuguru replied as dread filled me.

" He invited me to the card shop after school." I mumbled. " That sounds like he wants to talk with you" Kuguru replied as she patted my back.

When school was out. Noboru and I went to the card shop. " Hey (Name), you're a dungeon world user, right?" He asked the moment we stepped inside the store. " Yeah, I'm surprise that you know that!" I told him in surprise.

" I saw you Buddyfight one time." Noboru replied as he grabbed a pack of cards. " Um, Noboru that's not dragon world cards." I pointed out as he paid for them. " I know that, this is for you." He told me as he gave me the pack. " Oh wow, thank you!" I exclaimed happily as I opened it.

I was amazed that, Noboru was being so nice to me. Usually, he acts like a Tsundere towards me and Gao. " I'm moving." Noboru said suddenly. " Oh where?" I asked him. " America." He replied as my heart stopped beating.

" I didn't want to tell you at first, but I'm leaving tomorrow after the match." He added. I didn't say anything else as I left. The next day, I felt awful for suddenly leaving Noboru yesterday. I watched the match and I realized that I needed to talk with him.

" Noboru, wait up!" I called out to him, after the match. " If this is about yesterday, it was my fault for springing that up suddenly." He told me. " I'm sorry, I hated hearing that your leaving, when I haven't  said I love you!" I exclaimed happily. I closed my eyes, when I felt embarrassed.

I suddenly felt pressure on my lips. I opened my eyes to see Noboru kissing me. I was shocked, but I kissed back. The kiss lasted for a minute. " I got to go now." Noboru told me as I nodded. I stayed in the same spot for a while before going home.

As I got home my cellphone buzzed telling me that I had a text. I looked at it and smile, because the text said. " I love you too."
