Diana:

The light hurts my eyes; my body aches as I rise from the black bed. My black hair covers the black tiled floor; my white gown stained with blood clings against my body “My princess… are you ready for my feeding?”  Aqua stood next to the bed; he stares at my neck with hungry clouded them. I felt my blood flowed down my neck; I touched my neck. Puncture wounds bleed, covering my gown in more blood.

“Yes.” the words came out without me thinking. He eyed me carefully.

“Perfect…” he leaned over me; his fangs rubbed against my neck. I shivered; I felt his fangs sank into my neck.

My eyes flashed open; sweat dripped down my body. I panted slowly, regaining my sense. I rose off the bed and looked to my right; Aqua slept silently.  “I-it was just a dream…” I wiped away sweat from my forehead

“Diana? You’re awake already?” I watched Aqua rise off the bed; he looked me in the eyes “Yeah… I had a weird dream…” smiling at him “But I’m fine now!” lying back down.

“What was it about? It seems to bother you.” he nuzzled his head against my neck. I flinched as his lips rubbed against my neck “It doesn’t bother me!” pulling away; I climbed off the bed and walked over to my closet.

“Did you have a nightmare?” I could hear him climbing off the bed “Kinda.” I started looking through my clothes “What happened in your dream?” He stood next to me “I don’t remember it very well but I know it scared me.” I remember it perfectly but it’ll become awkward between us if I tell him the truth. “Look at me.” he pulled me towards him “What are you-?” he tapped my forehead; the area he touched glowed.

 My dream replayed.

Aqua stepped back “That was… a strange dream…” he cleared his throat “Well, let’s… um… eat breakfast…?” he looked nervous “Sure…”  I eyed him carefully.

We walked to the dining hall; he opened the door. He stepped back and pulled me out view “What’s wrong?” He pressed me against his chest “Your parents are in there.” He whispered into my ear “And?” wrapping my arms around his body “They’re talking about you. Stay out here, understand?” I nodded; he pulled away and walked inside.

I pressed my ears against the wall. I heard a slap and a thud; I jumped towards the door. I fell to the ground. My mother just slapped Aqua.  I leaned back against the wall

“What do you think you’re doing?? You shouldn’t be in the presence of someone as powerful as me!!” my mother’s voice is as annoying as ever. “Don’t you mean someone as weak you?” and Aqua being cheeky as usual “How dare you-?! You know what? I’m not going to try anything with you! But my daughter on the other hand is easier…” You messed up little-!! “Good luck with that… Mitsuru!!” I could hear him walking away “Yes?” Mitsuru’s voice was barely a muffle “Prepare breakfast for the princess!” his foot step came towards the door; I jumped up. He walked out and looked at me “Come on…” he walked over to me and grabbed my arm; dragging me down the hall way.

He pushed me into the training room “I thought we only trained on school days…” he handed me a long, red spear “Today is different… You won’t be fighting me.” He looked down at me with worry “You’ll be fighting me!” I clutched the spear with all my might. Mother…

She walked in wearing a black body suit “But I haven’t eaten breakfast!” my stomach growled “That’s what you’ll be fighting for.” She grinned down at me “Fine… you’ll learn what happens to those who mess with my food…” I snarled at her and yanked my pink protection gloves on “You think I’m scared of you?” she laughed loudly and obnoxiously “You’re so foolish!!!” she grabbed a sword off the wall “Ready, princess?” Aqua looked at me “Yeah…” he nodded and backed away “Ready…” “Set...” “Go!!” he jumped away from where we were; my mother came flying at me, her sword aiming for my head “You’re slow!!” she grinned at me; her sword inching closer to my face. I jumped above her; I slammed the pole of spear against her back “Ugh!!” she slammed against the floor; I landed perfectly.
