Boys and Girls

i like boys
i always want to ruffle up their hair
i like girls
but if i look too long they glare

i love boys
their actions reckless and wild
i love girls
their faces painted with smiles

i'm not a boy
so it's normal to like males
i'm a girl
a girl who likes girls, like the wind loves the sail

it isn't normal
to love both genders
i feel alone
like the last airbender

but what do you do
when you love not one but two

i must stay hopeful
for i know there are others in this world
who feel love for both boys and girls
