My chest feels light again
It's easier to breathe
No more crying
Or falling to my knees
This isn't forever
But I hope it's long
It's been lonely in the dark
Writing sad songs
I've fixed problems
With the help of my friends
Thank you
For giving a hand to lend
My enemies are now civil
No more middle fingers
Heads turned
Stares that linger
Happy in love
He's all I need
Got me crazy
Like I'm high on weed
He told me it'd get better
I didn't listen
But now it is
My eyes won't glisten
Happy today
Tomorrow
Hopefully
No more sorrows
