i am a splattered ink blot
a beautiful mistake
a ruiner of perfection

i am a dripping faucet
a quiet melancholy noise
an ignored problem

i am uneven eyes
a quirk of creation
a double take

i am a begging dog
a pleader of more
a whiner of thirst

i am a favorite toy
a loving childhood
a warm memory

i am a flickering streetlight
a feeling of something not right
a lost soul in a sea of the found

i am a new year's resolution
a thrown away hope
a thought about reminder

i am a tsunami
a life taker
a violent end

i am a cold hard gun
a shot to the head
an end to an inner war

i am a goner
a person who does not want to be saved
a heavenly death
