Bambi POV
Saturday night had approached way faster then I expected it to. I looked to my left and checked the time. 7:08, it read. I got up and put on some deodorant and brushed my teeth. I put my hair up into a nice bun and put on an old pair of studs. I put on a black bra set and used my small, almost empty, bottle of raspberry and lily lotion. I put on some plain jeans and a black Marvel Inc sweater. I had a serious infatuation with male superheroes. I put on my black converses and put on some of my semi gloss lip butter.
It was almost time for me to go and I sat on the couch waiting for him. I pondered in my head for a moment. Why would he even want to be with me anyways? I sighed and started to lay my head on the couch pillow when I heard a knock on the door. I opened it and there stood Darrian. He had on a black obey sweater with black jeans and some black timbs. I smiled when I saw him. I actually thought he stood me up. He took slow strides as he led me to the car.
"You look beautiful Bambi," Darrian said smiling while paying attention to the road. I stared out of the window and watched as the sun started to go down. I was nervous and anxious. When we pulled up to the movies I smiled. I've never really been to the movies before so this was new to me. He opened the door for me and led me inside. He payed for the tickets and asked did I want popcorn. I refused automatically. Popcorn would ruin my braces and I am not down for that, at all.
I waited for him and he came back with two icee cups. One red and the other blue. He also had sour patches and whoppers. I sighed and he passed me the blue icee. I smiled and he smirked at me showing off his perfect teeth.
"Thank you," I said truthfully. I don't like people buying stuff for me and this just made me feel a little awkward. Even though I don't have any money, I'm as independent as I can be.
"No you good baby girl," He said biting his lip. I blushed and we walked down to theater 7. We decided to watch a scary movie. I love horror movies so this was nothing. I'm really more afraid of Child's Play and I've saw it thousands of times. The only movies that will scare me are Child's Play, Wicked Little Things, 13 Ghosts, and Nightmare on Elm Street. I can't watch House of 1,000 Corpse. It's way past insane and it's not for me.
We walked all the way in the back of the theatre and sat down waiting for the previews to end. The movie started creepily. I was honestly freaked out. Adding Insidious 2 to my list I slouched a little in my seat. I felt his warm hand on my thigh and for some reason I couldn't deny the fact that I had an eerie feeling. When we got into the car he sped off. We pulled up at a nice big house. I knew for sure it wasn't mine. I was kind of confused. I reluctantly got out of the car and followed him up to the huge cherry wood doors with golden handles.
He opened the door and walked in. I was very skeptical but followed after his heavy footsteps. The house was white with gold and cherry wood accents everywhere. The chandelier that hung at the top of the ceiling sat there in glory as the lights shown down on us. Maybe this is my dad's house. Oh who am I fooling. Maybe my dad is worse than my mom. He walked up the fresh pine scented stairs as he held onto the cherry wood banister with me slowly following behind him.
He turned down a long hall with about three different doors on each side. He walked slowly to a door that stood tall at the end of the isolated hallway. He slowly turned the knob and walked in without hesitancy. I just stood awkwardly and looked down at my feet. I caught view of his feet, indicating that he was coming towards me and took my hands in his.
"Come on baby girl," He said with that wide smile spread on his beautifully blemish free face. His green orbs tinted a little as his eyebrows raised in anticipation. He nudged me into the room, in which I took small steps going into. He shut the door behind him and watched as I admired his room.
"You like?" He asked sitting on his perfectly made black silk comforter. The white silk pillows fluffed and raised at an equal height. I looked around at everything that sat so perfectly in his room.
"Yeah, it's really cool in here," I said nodding. I looked at the black silk but sheer curtains that draped over the large open window that allowed the sunlight to pour in. The hard wood floor and cherry wood dresser which a closed MacBook air sat upon. I heard music and turned around to see him putting his phone on his I-Home dock. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. He patted the spot next to him with an innocent smile on his face.
