Bambi POV
I was stuck in place, as a pang shot through my heart. Was I hearing this correctly? This was the same woman that aborted Alex's child, but what was she doing here? And why was she here? I looked up at Alex's face and he had a small smile on his face as he was deep in thought.
Was he considering leaving whatever relationship we had to be with her? Would he neglect my son and try again for another with her? Too many thoughts invaded my mind and I was completely lost. I looked back at Alex and he was still zoned out in his own little world.
I let out a sigh, laying down on my side of the bed and covering my body. Maybe Alex wasn't ready for commitment. Or maybe he just wasn't ready for one with me.

I woke up and began to shift around comfortably. I heard Alex mumbling in his sleep, and I looked over at the alarm clock on the night stand. It read 7:21 and I was surprised that I'd woken up this early. I began to shake Alex and he immediately groaned, opening his eyes.
"Hey." I said quietly.
"Hey, what's wrong?" He asked and I shook my head. He nodded and got out of the bed. He must not have known me as well as he thought he did. I was beyond hurt, and I felt neglected. I didn't know how long I could keep this up.

It's been about two weeks and Alex has been happier than ever. He walked around the house with a smile on his face. I tapped his shoulder and he turned around, as his smile began to fade away. My heart clenched together and I began to feel weak.
"I have an appointment today." I said and he nodded. It was silent for a while.
"Are you coming?" I asked.
"I have some business to do." He said and I nodded. I called Quavo and he said he would pick me up. I walked to his car and got in. Where was the Alex that I used to know?

I was now leaving the doctors office and I knew the smile on my face was wide with excitement. The baby was healthy and very strong. I couldn't help but to be proud.
"Can we stop for something to eat?" I asked and he nodded.
"Yeah, you know dad wants to see you." He said and I nodded my head. We pulled up to McDonald's and I got out of the car, grabbing ten dollars from my wallet.
I walked in and quickly placed my order. I thanked the cashier and quickly grabbed my food, turning to leave. I looked into the play place and to my surprise, Alex was sitting down. I started to walk over there until the girl from the mall came over and sat down with a child at her side.
Alex grabbed him, swooping him into the air, and sat back down. My heart ached and I walked out of the fast food restaurant, quickly buckling my seat belt.

I looked around Alex's place for the last time. Quavo grabbed my big suitcase and my bags and placed them into the trunk of his car. Alex would be perfectly fine without us. But me and my son were better off.
