Bambi POV

Seeing Major didn't really phase me. I didn't know what I would say next time I saw him. But in all actuality I didn't have to say anything. It wasn't my fault, so I shouldn't be the one to speak first or at all. I turned over and looked out of the curtains. Darrian's arms were securely wrapped around my waist holding onto my stomach ever so gently. I felt his chest heave up and down slowly in an even pattern and it put me to sleep.

When I woke up I was having pain in my stomach. My water didn't break but I was feeling large amounts of pain. I whined out and Darrian immediately woke up and glanced over at me. He silently cursed before turning on the lamp and quickly standing me up.

"Come on we're going to the hospital." He said and I nodded as he quickly slid on some clothes and shoes. I was experiencing pain but I knew that the baby was perfectly fine.

After being placed into a hospital room, with Darrian holding onto my hand tightly, the doctor came in. He smiled and looked over his clipboard.

"Everything's running smoothly. It was just a minor case of Braxton Hicks." He said and I nodded. I knew that everything was going to be okay. I was strong; He was strong.

Darrian POV

Seeing Bam in so much pain hurt my heart. I knew little man was strong, I just didn't know if Bambi would be okay, but as always she overcame it. That's what I loved about her. The fact that she never let anything stop her from doing what needed to be done. She slept peacefully and I quietly snuggled up next to her, kissing her forehead.

When I woke up their were kids in the room. Bambi was just enjoying their company and laughing as they all talked. I smiled at her as she let one kid rub her stomach. She was going to be an amazing mother, this I knew.

Just then a couple walked into the room, and picked up the little boy touching Bambi's stomach. He looked at her and his eyes roamed her face before immediately going down to her stomach. Slightly smiling, he glanced back up and looked up at me. This was the guy that I saw with Bambi in the club some time ago.

"Bye Mrs.Bambi. Good luck with your son." He said and she nodded as he walked out following the rest of the children. She turned around and let out a sigh while coming back over to the bed. I helped her up and kissed her stomach and then her lips. She laughed as I kissed her neck.

"What you laughing at?" I asked and she continued to laugh.

"That tickles." She said.

"Oh it does huh?" I asked as I tickled her sides and she laughed harder. I looked into her eyes and she smiled a small smile. She blushed and looked up at me.

"What?" She asked and I shook my head.

"Nothing." I said and pecked her lips softly. I was a fool to ever let her leave.

Major POV

I watched my son climb into the hospital bed and Kim rubbed his arm. He came in because he had a severe fever. They wanted to keep him for a few days just to make sure it wouldn't rise back up. I glanced over at Kim and back to my son.

"Hey, I'm going to the vending machine, want anything?" I asked and she shook her head. I left out the room and quickly walked down to Bambi's door. I looked in the window and saw that she was cuddled up with her baby's father. I shook my head sighing. Bambi was a good girl and I was nothing but stupid. I was a fool to leave her behind.
