Chapter 14

Bambi POV

Wet kisses on my lips awakened me from my sleep. I opened my eyes to see a smiling Alex looking back at me. He pecked my lips before picking me up and laughing, while carrying me to the bathroom. He turned on the shower water and took off his shirt. I started at the wide and broad planes on his back. He turned around and I was met with his perfectly sculpted v line.

"Why you looking at me like that?" He asked squinting his eyes together. I shook my head.

"It's nothing." I responded quietly as a small smile crept upon my face. He shook his head chuckling.

"Okay." He hesitantly replied dropping the conversation. I smiled and he came towards me and took off my shirt. I had become very comfortable when I'm around Alex so him seeing me without clothes on didn't bother me. When we were fully unclothed, we got in the shower together. I washed along his arms as he held onto my waist.

Major POV

I looked down at Bambi as she washed my arms and I rubbed along her stomach. I kissed her cheek and she smiled turning around. We had to hurry up and make our doctors appointment so we got out of the shower and quickly threw something on. I grabbed the keys and Bambi's hand before walking to the car. We got situated and made small talk until we got there. I got out and pulled her door open, helping her out of the car.

"Thanks babe." She said grasping onto my hand. I kissed her forehead.

"No problem." I replied walking into the building and walking up to the receptionist.

"Hello, how may I assist you?" She asked politely.

"I have an appointment." Bambi spoke softly holding onto my hand tighter. I knew she was nervous just by the tone of her voice.

"Name?" The receptionist asked looking down at multiple sheets of paper stacked on a clipboard.

"Jacobs." She replied and the nurse nodded immediately.

"The doctor will be right with you, in the meantime you can have a seat in the waiting area." She said with a reassuring smile and Bambi nodded.

We sat down and she started to look through some books on natural pregnancy. I heard her gasp and looked towards her to see her holding the magazine horizontally. She turned the magazine my way and pointed to a picture of a woman throughout different trimesters.

"Jacobs, the doctor will see you now." The receptionist called out and we stood, following her to a room in the back of the building. Bambi sat down on the bed and I brung the stool closer to her so I could sit and comfort her.

"I'm so nervous." She said wiping her hands on her pants. I grabbed her hands and turned her chin towards me. I pecked her lips softly.

"Don't be, I got you." I told her and she nodded pulling me into another kiss. The door opened and we looked towards it to see a woman coming in. She looked at us and smiled.

"Hello, I'm Dr.Barnes and I'll be your OB/GYN during your pregnancy." She said and I put my hand out for her to shake. The doctor went into a cabinet to get a blue based gel, and lifted up Bambi's shirt. She put the gel on her stomach and Bambi smiled at me. She cut the lights off as she powered on the ultrasound machine.

"So, I'm guessing you're dad?" She asked patting from over her glasses.

"Yes." Bambi responded before I could, and looked over at me smiling. I rubbed her hand with my thumb and kissed her fingers. The doctor placed her wand against Bambi's stomach and moved it in different spots. I looked at the screen and saw white specks and lines.

"As you can see the baby isn't quite formed yet but here is your baby." She says pointing to the higher part of Bambi's stomach. I felt my heart beat get faster and looked over at Bambi, who had a tear falling from her eye. She smiled at the screen and touched it.

"That's our baby." She whispered looking back at me. I nodded and looked back at the doctor.

"Would you like a picture of the ultrasound?" She asked us.

"Yes, please." I said and she nodded wiping off Bambi's stomach and taking off her gloves.

"I'll be right back." She says before leaving the room. I looked at Bambi and smiled.

"We're really having a baby." She said excitedly and I chuckled, nodding my head at her. The door opened and the doctor walked back in with a little sheet of paper. She handed it to Bambi and smiled.

"Have a great day, I'll see you in six weeks!" Dr.Barnes says cheerfully leaving the room with me and Bambi behind her walking out of the building. When we got home I warmed up some spaghetti and we ate while we sat on the couch watching Zoom.  I glanced over at the ultrasound picture and smiled looking back down at a sleeping Bambi. I kissed her stomach.

"I love you." I spoke softly in her ear and shortly after I felt my phone vibrating in my pocket. I pulled it out seeing that I had a text.

From Quavo: Come to the spot asap, we need to talk. 12:49 p.m.

To Quavo: I'm on the way now! 12:51 p.m.

I picked Bambi up and carried her upstairs and layed her down in the bed. I pecked her lips, and felt her start moving in sync with mine. She pulled away biting her lip. She looked up at me.

"You about to leave?" She asked with her eyebrows raised. I nodded and she pouted softly. I pecked her lips and she responded immediately. She wrapped her arms around me pulling me down onto the bed. Her legs wrapped around my waist and my man immediately strived to be inside of her. She flipped me over and straddled me kissing my neck and kissed my lips once more.

"We gone fix this later." I said smiling and she smirked shrugging her shoulders. I began to walk out before her hand pulled me back, my head being the last thing to turn her way.

"I love you too." She spoke softly. I nodded and pecked her lips once more time before walking out the house and headed to the spot.
