*Bullying/homophobic trigger*

Once again, I'm not bullied, just made fun of at school. Keep that in mind especially in this chapter.

"'Mornin' fag," one kid greeted me. I rolled my eyes and continued walking. One more day.

I sat down at my desk in Algebra to find a word carved in it: bitch.

Well, nothing new. I can't report any of this since I don't know who does it and there's no proof it was aimed at me. Just like their words I can't report since there's no proof of that either.

One. More. Day.

After boring Algebra, Biology, English, and Government classes, it was my least favorite time of the day: lunch.

Most people joke that lunch is their favorite part of the school day, well not me. I don't have friends to sit with, so I sit against some lockers with my headphones plugged in and get lost in my thoughts. So basically I have an existential crisis everyday that I snap out of when the bell rings.

One.

More.

Day.

Then came my favorite class: art. I get to express myself freely, there are no bullies, and the teacher is cute. It's a win win win.

I had my head down, focusing on the piece of cardboard the teacher had given each student to graffiti. My canvas as well as my mind was blank.

Our assignment was to write one word on a small piece of a cardboard box and decorate it to look like graffiti. We've had the assignment for a week and I haven't even started sketching yet.

Maybe I'll think of something tomorrow.

Next was health opportunities physical education or HOPE. It took place in the computer lab where we each sat at a desktop and worked in an online course. Nothing exciting there.

I left the computer lab and after being shoved around in the halls a little, I entered my cybersecurity class. This was the worst when it came to the 'bullying.'

I have a medical condition which makes it slightly difficult to walk, so on bad days I'm limping. This group of guys, however, think I'm... You know.

I walked in to find their leader, Ryan, sitting on my desk. I tried my best not to provoke him, but once we made eye contact I knew I was done.

"Looks like someone was a little rough with you. How much did he pay you?" All his friends laughed.

"Oh, that's right. You're a faggot. So how much did she pay you?"

I was in tears by this point.

"Please... Just move," I asked politely. He got the response he wanted, why couldn't he just go away?

"Fine, but you'll get double after school tomorrow."

Duck you, I thought. Tomorrow I'll have backup.

We learned a lot in that class, it felt like my head was about to explode.

I stopped by the front office after the bell rang and handed the secretary all of the papers I had completed during my free time throughout the day.

Then I got on the bus and rode home.

Just one more day.
