Surprise date (Jin) FIRST MEETING!AU

      You sat alone in the class restaurant, looking like a superstar with your hair nicely done, and your pastel navy dress perfectly fitting your figure, but that wasn't the thing that got everyone to notice you. 

      What caught everyone's attention was the fact that you've been sitting alone for two hours as the meal for two stayed untouched in front of you. 

      You could feel everyone in the restaurant looking at you with sad expressions and pitying you and your whole situation. 

      He forgot the date...again. 

      Your boyfriend was really something different from others. 

      He had this habit of forgetting dates all the time and it drove you crazy but you kept quiet about it.

       You would let this slip if it was a simple date, but it was your goddamn anniversary and he forgot or simply decided not to show up by choice. Either way, at least you finally decided that it was time to dump his sorry ass. 

      The waiter gave you another refill of your drink and flashed you his charming boxy smile and you slightly smiled back with a curt nod as a sign of thankfulness. 

      He smirked and spoke to you "A pretty lady shouldn't be kept waiting..." and you chuckled as you took your purse while something suddenly tightened in your chest. 

      "Can I get the check please?" you spoke quietly and he pursed his lips and left to fulfill your request.

      The people in the restaurant just stared at you. 

      Seems like everyone likes watching someone else's drama unfold instead of dealing with their own shit. 

      Couples, families, business men all feeling sorry for the girl that got stood up by her date. 

     You held back the tears that stung your eyes  and as you took your coat and purse someone crashed into your back but before you could fall strong arms wrapped around your figure. 

      Soon you were back on your own two feet facing the most handsome guy you saw in your entire life. 

      He smirked at you and gave you a peck on your forehead "Sorry I'm late honey, I had an unexpected meeting." he told you and you froze. 

      Honey? 

      You didn't even know the guy, so what the hell was he trying to do?

      He seemed to notice your confusion since he quickly hugged you and whispered into your ear "Play along, I just can't stand the way they are all looking at you..." and he felt your breath fan against his neck as you mumbled a quiet "Okay." 

      You both sat down before the waiter came back with a bottle of wine and winked over at the guy that just saved you from humiliation. 

      After a while you were happily chatting and enjoying your meal and just a few minutes after the stranger who's name was Jin came to keep you company a granny came to your table and nagged on him. 

      "You do not treat such a beautiful girl with disrespect!" she told him in a stern tone but a playful manner before Jin agreed and apologized "I know, I'm really sorry ma'am, I'll treat her better." he said while glancing over at you and your heart skipped a bit at his words. 

      She then left you two while telling you to have a nice night and waving to us as she walked out of the restaurant.

      Two hours later we were on our way since the meal we had was apparently 'On the house' as Jin said and said bye to our waiter. 

      We took a walk through the park not talking at all, but it was certainly a comfortable type of silence before I spoke "I didn't get to thank you...for earlier." 

      He smiled as he kept staring ahead of himself with his hands in his pockets while kicking the pebbles that were in his ways. He looked adorable, too adorable for a grown man honestly. 

      "Actually...I'm the chef at the restaurant." he said and my eyes widened in shock. 

      "Oh no...will you get in trouble for leaving?" you were actually worried for him when he chuckled and shook his head. 

      "Of course not, don't worry...but that's not the point." he said and I kept quiet listening to him carefully. 

      "The waiters were talking about another girl that got stood up on a date. I didn't give it much thought until Tae, your waiter, came into the kitchen practically begging me to do something." he smiled before changing his voice to be similar to the waiters. 

      "Hyung, hyung she's really sad, please go save her night." he said and laughed slightly. 

      So he just did it because a friend asked? 

      I kinda knew something like that happened, but a small part of me hoped that it was meant to happen like this. 

      "I was really against it, but then I took a look at you and I could see that you were crying..." he continued and even if my heart sunk at his last sentence, he managed to get my mood up in a matter of seconds "...and even when your eyes became glossy from the tears and slightly red, you were still so beautiful that the only thought that crossed my mind was 'Ah, how pretty can she be if she smiles then?'" and I blushed from the indirect compliment I got from his story as he stopped and turned to face me. 

      "The point is...I'm happy that Tae told me about you, and I'm glad that I could make you happy...even if it's just for one night." he finished with a sigh and a tinge of sadness in his eyes. 

      Before I could stop myself the words left my mouth and I smiled at him with no shame or shyness whatsoever. 

      "I wouldn't mind if you make me happy for the rest of my life honestly..." and as realization dawned upon me I smacked my hand over my mouth out of shock and he chuckled before once again leaning down so his eyes were on the same level as mine before speaking "I wouldn't mind doing that either."

   Awwww...Once again a oneshot of mine got me feeling some sort of way. Only Suga left now and we'll be starting a new round of stories and repeat the process until I'm out of ideas. :)
