Courtney's POV

I wake up, still half asleep. I immediately get greeted by the sun shinning directly in my eyes.

"Hey sleepyhead. Good to see you're finally awake," someone says.

I look over to see I'm lying on Spencer. I slept on Spencer? Well this is just great! I sit up and send him a glare.

"Well good morning to you too. What made you so angry?"

"You could of pushed me off from sleeping on you," I mumble trying to unwrap myself from the covers.

"But it was cute," he replies defensively. "And you were mumbling someone's name all night. Who was it?" Lucas. My brother, that may or may not be still alive.

"I don't know. Can't remember." But that means I didn't have a nightmare.

"We're having a Boxing Day lunch at work today. We need to leave in half an hour." But what if I don't want to go? I'm not even a part of this 'work.'

But nevertheless I sigh and nod. I kick off the covers and head towards the bathroom. I take a quick shower, wrap a towel around me and my hair and walk back into the Spencer's bedroom. He has a pair of ripped, black jeans on and no shirt. His abs are so dam attractive! What! No they aren't! Fuck don't bring your emotions into this Courtney! Emotions kill!

"Um what's the weather going to be like?" I mumble.

Spencer looks up from his phone and sighs. "Colder then yesterday. Looking at a maximum of seven degrees." That's lovely.

I hadn't been paying any attention to the weather over the last couple of weeks. I hadn't been paying attention to anything. It's winter. I just realised that. Of course.

Anyway what should I wear? Clothes. I don't want to look to formal but I don't want to look like I've just crawled out of a garage can.

I finally chose a pair of black, skinny jeans and a grey jumper. I walk back into the bathroom and lock the door. I put the clothes on and stare at myself in the mirror. This actually doesn't look that bad. Although a cute scarf would make it look better.

I dig through the bag and find a cute pink and white scarf. I pull out some different earrings on put them in.

I walk back into the bathroom and arrange the scarf around my neck. I pull my black, frizzy hair into a messy bun and pull some strands out. This actually goes quite well. I should totally be a model. I'm so funny. I'd never get out of my mess. There's no chance I'll have a normal life.

"You ready?" Spencer asks while grabbing my hips, pulling me closer towards him.

"Um, eh would ugg boots be too much?"

"Nah. No one would care."

I nod and try to walk away but Spencer doesn't release me. "Let me go," I whine.

"And why should I do that?" He mumbles.

"Because I need to go get ready."

"You don't really need shoes," he mumbles in my ear.

"Let me go!" I shout a bit louder then excepted.

"Don't scream so loudly," he mutters, pushing me forward. Nobody would of heard me scream anyway. He seriously doesn't have to be moody.
