Lanas POV

i was in a large field with Leo and my sisters one side and the other side there was my dad tia page and everybody else that hated me, each side had one of my arms and was pulling me to and from them i was about to fall when i jolt upright out of breath and sweating from the night mare that i had i ran my hands though my hair and looked for the only relief i needed right now i grabbed the razor and ran into the comfort of the bathroom and locked the door. I slashed 4 quick deep times into my wrist and watched the blood drip from the open wounds, i sobbed as i cleaned the wounds and wrapped them up, afther i was done in the bathroom i gave my self a disgusted look at the me in the mirror by my bedroom door, i looked at the clock on my bedside table and groaned as i got ready for hell

Leo POV

i looked at the time on my phone lana was late i thought to my self i looked over to her locker and saw no sign of her i got her number up on my phone about to ring her just as she entered the building she has a thoughtful and sad look on her, she was wearing her usual black skinny jeans and black jacket she always wore she had on a white of mice and men shirt on and her hair was wild i laughed at her hair all haywire and sticking up everywhere, she opened her locker and gasped as she saw her maddness that was her hair i smiled as i walked towards her she still didnt notice me so i creeped up to her and attacked her with a "boo"i yelled as she jumped half way in the air

"Leo you prick!" she shouted at me while i shook with laughter "im sorry i saw my chance and i took it" i chuckled at her she sighed "its fine...erm look i need to go i cant be late for art" she said avoiding looking me in the eye "hey wait a second" i said grabbing her wrist to make her stay with me she whinced and i let go realising what i did "oh right" i said i should of guessed that she broke again she looked the same way i did when phil asked me if i was clean, i realised she had her head hung down in shame and looked like she had tears in her eyes before i could think about what to do i pulled her into my arms and rubbed circles in her back "hey hey no need to cry we both know its hard but i'll be here to help you pick up the pieces just like how you will be here for me"i whispered in her ear she let out a shakey sigh of relief and the tenison in her body left "thanks and yeah i will always be here for you" she said smiling

the bell rang and lana rushed out of my arms heading towards her class "see you at lunch" she said i smiled and slowly headed to my Spanish class.I ignored the teacher yelling at me for being late as i walked to the back of the class and zoned out my headphones in well i thought to my self might as well listen to pierce the veil i mean they do talk spainish, i smirked at my own joke witch made kyle and rest of the stupid football team glare at me i stuck my middle fingers up to them and waved. A couple of seconds later i felt someones high heeled shoes rub agasint my leg i looked down in disgust and back up to find tia licking lips i cringed and moved my legs from her grasp so she couldnt molest me anymore.I slowly drifted off into a sleep which i soon realised was a bad idea

"why daddy Leo said he would take us" my little sister asked in her foral dresses she always wore "yeah can we please go daddy" my youngest sister said in her silly cat jumper she always wore "i said no you stupid little shits!" he shouted trowing an empty vodka bottle at my sister poppy i jumped infront of her so the bottle smashed on my chest i whinced in pain and sank to the floor

i woke up from the awful flash back my heart was racing,i looked around and realised everyone was leaving for lunch,i rushed out of the dreaded classroom and entered the old music class rooms.Lana stood with her back to the door singing softy to whatever song was blasting in her ears

she sang slowly swaying back and forth and her voice growing louder as she sang the next bit

she sang hitting every note better then vic did i slowly sat on the table behind her stunned by her voice and listened to her

she sighed as the song ended i clapped "that was awesome!"

lanas POV

as the song ended i sighed and looked at my clock realising Leo was late i heard clapping and turned around to see him standing there "that was awesome!" he said grinning at me and picking up a gutair "really? i didnt miss any of the notes becuase i always do with that song" i rambled on nerviously my face turning red "no! you was even better then vic and thats saying something" he said winking at me i laughed and sat next to him on the table why he played a few chords on the guitar "hey why dont we start a band i mean isnt the school down the road a performing school we could hang flyers around shops by the school you could be the lead singer i could play gutiar and back up vocals" Leo said smiling i started shaking with nerves with just the thought of performing "yeah but your the only person who has heard me sing Leo i-i dont think i can sing and actually get on a stage and sing" i said blurting it out Leo took my hands in his and looked me stright in the eyes "this could be good for you lana...f-for both of us before i thought that if i played music i was betraying some people that i lost but i realised i need music to live and escape from the pain and i know you do to i see it in your eyes when your singing lana you feel alive and happy you have to do this" he said tears threathing to come out of his eyes when he mentioned the people he lost i woundered about that but i would let him tell me on his own time.

i sighed and thought about it i do feel lost in the music like its just my voice and i feel like all the pain is washing out of me "ok" i said holding his hands "lets do it but we play music that matters to us" i said smiling at him "deal he said grinning
