Chapter Eight - Zabuza

Happy Birthday to me! Happy birthday to me! Happy birthday dear Maddie! Happy birthday to me!!!!

So, if you didn't catch on, this is my birthday! I'm now One year older! I got .... wait for it... THREE REAL SWORDS! A short distance fighting katana, a long distance fighting katana, and a knife-lenght katana. EPICNESS! so this is my (probably) belated birthday gift to thou!

Sasuke: Psh, yeah right.

Me: *sniffle* WHY MUST YOU BE SO MEAN DUCK ASS!?!?!

Tenashiuta: *tiny smile* just do the disclaimer.

Me: I do not own Naruto. I DO own three katanas and the title of one year older!

Sasuke: *sweatdrop* I'm saying it. She's...

Me: *tackles him* if you can guess how old I am, you get a spoiler and/or dedication!

Ashi POV

I sighed as Sakura and Naruto continued to blab about how we were alive. 'Did they really not see us turn into logs?'

"How did you track our movements?" One mist ninja asked as Kakashi tied him up.

Kakashi turned to me. "Care to share with everyone, Tenashiuta?"

I raised an eyebrow. "A puddle in the middle of the ground? Not only is it straight water when it should be mud, but it hasn't rained in weeks."

"Then why'd you two leave these brats to fight?" Tazuna asked, sincerly puzzled by our choice actions to the point where I wanted to slap him.

Kakashi explained that this was now a B, maybe even A rank mission and that we were working outside our duties. "We should be going back to the village now, we need to treat Naruto's hand. It could become a problem."

Suddenly, Naruto stabbed himself in the palm with his kunai. My eyes widened such a small amount that no one noticed a difference. Narutoi made a pledge to the bridge builder (I haven't seen that episode in a billion years, so I don't remember it) and said they should continue the mission.

"Uh, Naruto, it's cool how you got out the poison and all, but if you loose anymore blood you'll die."

Naruto started freaking out. I grabbed his hand with a sigh and unwrapped some bandages hidden under my skirt, wounding them around his hand.

I swear, that boy will be the death of me...

~?????'s POV~

"...long white hair and golden eyes. I expect you to retreive her by the end of the chuunin exams. She could be a big help."

"And what good do you expect a dainty little girl to do, hn?"

"Oh, you will see. Anyhow, I'm sending all of you to retreive her for a reason you will find out soon. DIssmissed."

~Tenashiuta~

We were rowing across a lake. Mist shrouded our sight and the boat's owner was rowing so not to make noise with the engine. Unbeknownest to them, a sonic blue glow coming for my submerged hand coated the bottom of the boat and made it go faster with less effort. I woul control it completely, but the rower would notice.

When Naruto saw the bridge emerged from the mist, his eyes widened. "Wow! It's huge!" he yelled. In zero seconds I had slammed my fist against his head, knocking him out.

Tazuna began to explain about Gatou. Apparently no one else knew that the famous buisness leader Gatou also was a ruthless tyrant. He had taken over the ships that traveled to and from the wave country. In an isolated island, the ships controlled the people, so Gatou controlled them. If the bridge was finished, however, his power would be broken, so he was sending ninja after Tazuna, the bridge's main builder.

Once we had pulled up to shore, Naruto was trying to show off and almost hit a bunny. A white bunny. Snow white. That meant it was used for substitution. I narrowed my eyes and yelled "Duck!" at the same time as Kakashi.

We hit the floor, and Zabuza introduced himself. How do I know him? You don't want to know.

Blah blah fast forward Kakashi sensei got caught in a water prison( watch the episode people!) . I stepped up.

I glared at Zabuza. "You trapped my sensei in a water prison." I stated bluntly.

He didn't have time to respond as I leaped at him. I swung my katana and nearly decapitated him as he was unable to dodge. He made a water clone.

"well, well, well. The fallen angel. I heard a lot about you." Zabuza said smugly, before his water clone attacked.
