The clashing and slicing of metal weapons could easily be heard for a quarter-mile around. Two teams were battling it out to the death. One team leader carried a scroll with Kanji for 'Earth' safely in his weapon pocket while another had 'Heavan' inked across the scroll tied strongly to her thigh with bandages.

Both ninja teams had the same headbands and the same odd armor. Obviously, they were from the same village- they were probably even friends.

As one ninja ran forwards to attack another, a hand quite literally shot through a tree, shattering the wood and grabbing him around the neck. Before anyone had time to react, he was jerked back and slammed into what remained of the tree, cracking his armor and the tree.

The hand let go and the tree was kick forward, taking him with it. The five ninja remaining all winced when they saw him get smashed between the tree and another tree that it hit. He groaned, still alive, they decided.

They all turned, rivalries forgotten, as Tenashiuta appeared out of the dust. She ran at them, dodging some shuriken, and jumped clean over one's head, grabbing two others' heads and smashing their faces together. They stumbled back and she did a high spinning kick, sending them both facefirst into the ground.

She turned on her heel and punched one straight in the face. "Guard skill: Warp." she said in an echoey tone. A swirling portal-like thing appeared behind him and he flew into it, appearing high in the air from another warp and continuing to sail through the air.

She turned again to face another ninja, holding Zabuza's old sword at the ready. The ninja backed up slowly, but yet another warp appeared behind her and the first ninja sailed out, hitting her in the back and causing her to stumble forward. Tenashiuta brought her foot into her stomach and slammed her onto the ground. She had a heaven scroll.

Suddenly, the ninja's wide eyes stared behind Tenashiuta. She turned to find a ninja she had already floored running at her. "YOU RATTED ME OUT YOU SON OF A BITCH!" the ninja yelled at the ninja who had stared.

He jumped up and swished powerfully downward, but Tenashiuta easily dodged and grabbed his wrist, twisting it slightly and pushing him away. He almost fell, but turned back and ran at her again, this time stabbing at her. She easily used her hand to push the sword away by the flat side of the blade and kicked him in the stomach, sending him back again.

Finally, the last time, she grabbed his wrist tightly and twisted his whole arm back, forcing him to move his body and earning a painful-sounding crack. She bent his arm even further, forcing him to his knees, and put her foot right on the side of his face before grabbing the hilt of his blade. She pushed off on his face and easily sent him rocketing across the ground.

She spun quickly and opened a warp right under the ninja with the earth scroll, making him fall in and reappear right in front of her, still moving. She locked both arms around him, then bent back, slamming his head into the ground and rolling over so she was on him. She grabbed the scroll, then jumped up, pulled him up by the leg, and punched him straight in the face.

The punch sent him flying into the portal and out of the one on the ground, it's force sending him straight up in the air about 60 feet before her slowed and fell right back down, slamming onto the ground and spitting out blood.

Tenashiuta pulled a timer rapidly out of her bag and hit the stop button. She grinned widely at the time. "16 minutes, 47 seconds. That's gotta be some kind of record. She shot up in the air and her downdraft from those giant wings halfway uprooted the nearest tree.

She stopped once she was just above the taller trees and several miles away from the clearing she had made into a war zone. From here, she could see the tower. She checked her timer. 37 seconds she had been flying. If she went top speed, maybe she could reach the tower in another 30 or so.
