Annie's p.o.v*

I walked until a cab drive by and picked me up.
The van took me to the house.

Once I got there, I walk upstairs to my bedroom and get a suitcase and put some clothes in it.

I hear the door downstairs shut.
Danny had caught up to me.

The door opens, but I don't look.

"Annie, can we talk about this?" He asks sadly like I was going to die or something.

"Oh so now you wanna talk?" I say annoyed. "I thought that the whole time you made me walk, you would have had time to think of a good argument. Now I don't want to listen though."

I walk over to the dresser and pick up a couple shirts and cram them in the bag.

Danny crosses his arms and chuckles.

"What?!" I yell annoyed still and stop to look at him.

"If your leaving, can you please leave me at least one of my black tee shirts?" He asks chucking.

I pull them out and throw them at him.

Danny runs towards me and hold my arms firmly.

"Annie, calm down." He says huskily.

"I am calm!" I yell in his face.

"Calm down." He says looking straight into my eyes.

I sigh and look at him in the eyes.

"I need to talk to you all about what had been happening, but I need to trust you not only as my wife, but as my best friend!" He says pulling me to sit on the bed.

"Don't let Alex hear you say I am." I say and look to see Danny giving me the 'I was trying to have a moment with you' face.

I have always ruined our moments...
Honestly.

"Sorry." I say.

"Anyway, I made a deal with Shawn a couple years ago before I even met you. I neglected to keep that deal and you got sucked into it." He says sitting next to me and looking straight at me.

"Danny,I want things to be normal for us." I say and sigh. "I want to get this house finished. I want to actually cook and clean. I want to not be afraid to take a run down the road every morning because I might be thrown in a van. I want us. I want kids running in the yard."

My voice breaking at the end.

He slips his arm around me and pulls me into him.

"I'm going to get everything fixed." He says stroking my hair. "You don't have to be afraid anymore."

I sit up and look at him.

"When this deal is over I won't be afraid." I say very directly.

"I promised you I'd take care of you." He says getting off the bed. "I intend to keep that promise."

With that, he walked out of the room. Moments later I hear his car start and leave.

Nothing would ever be normal. No matter how hard he'd try.
