Chapter 7 (Ty)

"Sky?" I call out as I round the corner of the palace in search for my husband. "Sky? Where are you? Everyone's getting worried!" I call out again, my voice echoing through the quartz halls. "Sky, you're scaring me, please come out!" I shout. A blood curdling scream pierces the silent air. I recognize that voice. "SKY!" I cry as I rush down the empty halls towards his voice as more screams ring out. The screaming ends, but I continue running. I skid to a stop when I reach a corner with crimson liquid reaching past. I slowly turn the corner to see Sky's dead body, splattered in blood, laying limp on the ground. "SKY!"

I wake up in cold sweat, bolting into a sitting position and clutching my shirt over my heart with my wings wrapped around myself. I somehow managed to hold back a scream, luckily.

Wait, Sky, where's Sky?! I frantically look around and stop when my eyes land on Sky's sleeping body resting on a hospital bed beside mine.

Oh, thank Notch.

I don't think I'll be able to fall back asleep. I feel out of my mind for what I do next.

I crawl off of my bed and walk up to Sky's. He looks so peaceful. I gently nudge Sky and he slowly opens his eyes.

"...Ty? Can't sleep...?"
"Yeah, I had a nightmare. Can I sleep with you?"
"Mh, sure.."
"Thanks..."

He rolled to one side while I quickly change back to my human form. I climb onto the bed and lay down next to him. I close my eyes and fall back asleep after a minute or two.

I woke up a few hours later but didn't open my eyes. I felt someone resting their chin on my head and had their arms wrapped around me.I acted like I was still asleep 'cause I haven't got a clue as to who this person is right now! "Ty's so cute when he's sleeping..." Sky's voice mumbled.

Sky thinks I'm cute? He thinks I'm cute!

I shift lightly and roll onto my other side as Sky pulls me close to his chest. I hear someone aw for some reason and I open my eyes a bit. "Go back to bed..." I mutter, still groggy from just waking up.  "You woke him up, Quentin!" Sky hisses quietly. "Well sorry if you two are cute together!" Quentin whisper-yells back.

I don't know why I took so long, but something finally clicks in my mind. I just slept with Sky. My eyes widen and I blush so hard. "Someone's in looooove~!" A random voice cooes softly. Jason. "Hold me back." I say. Sky and Quentin laugh lightly as Sky sits up, still holding me which makes me sit up as well. I see Jason leaning against a wall while he continues to tease me. Sky releases me and ruffles my hair while I blush lightly. "Ty is in lo-ove!" Jason teases me.

I jump off the side of the bed and bolt at him. "NEVERMIND, HE WAS SERIOUS!" Quentin shouts as I tackle Jason to the ground. He comes up behind me and grabs me by my arms, pulling me away from Jason. "LET ME AT HIM!" I shout, struggling in his tight grip.

"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!" Ian yells at us as he comes into view.
"TY ATTACKED ME!" Jason shrieked, looking like he was having a heart attack.
"YOU STARTED IT!" I retorted.

"SILENCIO TOTALIA!"

And everything is silent.

I start angrily speaking in sign language as I mouth the words to match at Jason, who signs back. Seto comes up beside Sky and watches as we angrily sign things to each other. After a couple of silent minutes of arguing, I sign something along the lines of "SCREW YOU, JASON, YOU" and then a long line of curse words. In return, he started flipping me off, to which I returned the favor.

"Okay, that's enough!"

Why does Seto get to talk?!
