Sky struggled to get back up. He tore a bar out of place before falling again. I managed to grab onto his arm and support him with my lone arm, stumbling through the gaz to the others.

They gasped, Tyler staggering back when he saw me. Sky laughed weakly looking up at me, "Hope you got a spare arm back at the lab."

"I'm sure I have one laying around somewhere, and it's not a lab!" I said, handing him off to Quentin.

"I see you haven't changed for the most part." Jerome said.

"Not exactly," I mumbled, gripping the corner of the wall. It snapped off the wall and I easily crushed it, letting the dust fall to the ground. "I hate what those things have done." I spat, not used to having any strength, especially not with such bad energy.

"Jason, sweets, it'll be okay." Tyler says softly as he appraoched me, placing his hand on my shoulder and giving me a small kiss on the cheek.

I managed a small smile as they began leading us to the entrance. They started forming a circle and I grasped Ian's hand, Tyler on my other side holding me by the waist. I held my breath and closed my eyes, knowing we couldn't teleport far with so many people.

The sensation of the cool water of the bay surrounded me, opening my eyes to the darkened underwater scene before me. Tyler's grip slipped a bit which worried me enough to break the circle and whirl around to grab his hand before he fell further into the darkness below.

We swam together, following the others up. I could faintly see the sun peeking throught the water's surface when Ian seemed to begin losing conciousness. Quentin freaked the flip out, grabbing onto his body and speeding up, going up ahead to the shore. The rest of us quickly followed.

We got to land when Quentin dragged Ian onto the sandy beachside, Ty, Brice, and Seto running over, some people standing behind them in shock.

"You had better not die on me, bastard!" Quentin shouted as he pushed against Ian's chest with both his hands. He took a deep breath, pressing his lips to Ian's and transfering the air. The cycle continued until Ian started coughing out the water. "You idiot!" Quentin screamed, tears brimming his eyes.

"Q . . . ?"

"I hate you, I hate you, I hate you . . . " he muttered, holding Ian close to him.

"That was terrifyingly close. Like, what if Quentin didn't know CPR?" I questioned.

"You're talking about that being terrifying?! Jase, you're missing an arm!" Ty pointed out.

"I know . . . ?" I thought at least that part was obvious, but apparently missing an arm isn't obvious enough?

Wait, if it's really obvious then how is it not obvious enough for people to see it?
