Ch. 6 Flash of a memory

Mikey stood there still love struck. Shinigami was pretty but more than that she was beutiful. Mikey wanted to know more about her. He suddenly headed to the roof tops and started following after her.

In a distance of the roof tops he saw Shinigami. She kept running across the rooftops.

"Hey wait up !" Mikey shouts.

But she wouldn't stop, where was she going ?

Mikey picked up the pace as Shinigami picked up speed and backflip over the roof tops.

Whoa she's amazing ! Mikey thought.

Mikey suddenly dosen't see her anymore. Mikey stops, turning his head to see where she went.

Where did she go ? Mikey thought.

Shinigami Raced across the rooftops, knowing Mikey was following her. Shinigami liked him following her. She thought it was cute. Suddenly she hears someone screaming in alarm. Shinigami stops and turns her head to the source of screaming.

She saw something disturbing.

A man with gray hair was dragging a 6 year old girl by her hair into a allyway. The girl was crying for help. Shinigami eyes soften.

Your gonna pay for stealing from me you little bitch ! The man shouts.

Shinigami studies the sound of the man's voice and the way he stands. She notices The man was stumbling a lot and his voice sound rough and harsh. Shinigami realized that he was drunk, he wasn't even thinking right.

"No please let me go !" The little girl shouts.

Shinigami's eyes widen as memory flashes in front of her.

Flashback :

14 years ago in Japan,

Two men dragged a younger (She's 6) Shinigami into an allyway.

"No please let me go" ! Shinigami screams.

"Your gonna pay from stealing from me" said The first man in thick Japanese accent as he whips out a dagger.

Hold her down The first man said to the the second man.

The second man places Shinigami in a bear hug and had a tight grip on her right arm. He exstanded her arm towards the man with the knife. Shinigami's eyes widen in fear knowing what was going to happen.

"You know the law, you steal from me I have you hand" The man growls.

"No Please" ! Shinigami sobs struggling.

The man came closer to Shinigami with the knife and raised it above her hand. Shinigami closed her eyes waiting for the pain to come.

Suddenly there was a flash of light.
