As I come to I hear Sara's voice above me. "Is she going to be alright Doctor?" She asks, worry lacing her soft voice.
"I believe so, my dear. She's been knocked out. I'm hoping she will wake up soon. We need to get out of here, fast." I hear the Doctor explain as I feel him squeeze my hand and kiss my forehead.
"Can't you help her?" Sarah asks.
"Yes, but I don't want to invade her mind, if I don't have to." He pauses. "If she doesn't wake up in a couple of minutes then I will try to see if I can't see what's wrong. What that bowl had in it." He says softly.
I let out a soft moan letting everyone know that I'm starting to wake up. "I think she's coming around." I hear a female voice exclaim.
"Thank Rassilon." The Doctor says relief in his voice.
I flutter my eyes open and blink a few times to clear my vision. I see a woman and two men. If I'm correct I think they're names are Jill, Galloway and Hamilton. I also see two Daleks. Oh yeah I forgot how crazy this adventure actually was. I sit up and rub my head.
"What'd I miss?" I ask looking around.
"Just us getting thrown in here, with them." Sarah says before she hugs me. "I'm so glad you're alright! You had the Doctor and I worried sick!" She exclaims as we part ways.
"I can assure you, I am alright, my Sarah Jane." I say smiling at her. "Now we need to make a plan to get out of here." I say.
"Well it won't be easy, the Doctor isn't their favorite, I tell you that." Jill says. "He basically attacked their high priest. From what we can gather, that's the worst crime you can commit here."
"It's not like he had much of a choice. A couple more minutes and that girl would have been dead." Hamilton pipes up. "Both girls would have been dead." He says.
"Look, it doesn't matter now, does it?" We are all in this together, even those two Daleks are up to be sacrificed. "It could have been me or it could have been you." I say as I rub my head. "The point is all of us getting out of this, alive. That would be my preference, so if we could all quit bickering at one another, this can go a lot smoother."
"She's right." Jill says.
"But they're not part of the mission, we have no loyalties to them!" Galloway mutters.
"So you'll just let them die? Just like that?" Hamilton growls back at Galloway.
"Okay both of you shut up for two seconds. Will ya!" I snap. This causes silence in the small cage that we're all trapped in. "Look like I said we're never going to get anywhere with both of you bickering like two year olds. Now if you would just be reasonable and just listen to each other."
"Well if you want to know my opinion. Yes I would leave them." Galloway continues on stubbornly. I roll my eyes. "Our job is to get medical relief to save millions of lives." He snaps. "So that means if people we don't even know have to die in the process then, well that's just too bad."
One of the Daleks then speaks up. "We have decided the action we shall take." It begins. "We will offer the Exxilons our knowledge and technology, in return for their assistance."
