I think you might be leaving me...
I'm sorry for hurting you or for asking to see you so much... I'm sorry I'm causing your mental and emotional problems...
I thought we were doing okay. I really thought that we were okay... I gave you space this weekend (eventually) and I really tried to keep a distance between us the past few days...
I've been trying to change what we put as problems on our Relationship Assessment thing.
1. I've tried to be more understanding.
2. I'm trying to stop reacting badly so that you can speak freely with me.
3. I've always had a genuine interest in your life.
4. I've been trying to pursue my own interests so it's not all based around you.
5. I've been trying to establish other relationships so that ours isn't the only important relationship to me.
6. I'm trying to make myself a worthwhile person outside of the relationship. I'm trying to feel better and be better about everything.
7. I'm not expecting you to fill my needs. I'm looking elsewhere to have my emotion and physical needs filled.
8. I'm trying not to get jealous and feel threatened by the other relationships you have in your life.
9. I'm trying to be myself and I'm trying to let you be yourself.
10. I'm trying to make it so you don't feel uncomfortable sharing your feelings with me.
11. I do try to improve the relationship all the time. I've changed so many things about myself so that things can be better for you.
12. I'm trying to feel good about myself and I'm trying to help you feel good about yourself too.
13. I feel like I have become a better person because of this relationship. I'm trying to be a better person because of you.
14. We both know this has been difficult for me, but I'm really trying to be able to accept changes in feelings within our relationship. I've tried to give you space whenever you don't know how you feel about things.Shawn, I'm trying. I'm really trying...
