Ivy's POV

How was I suppose to execute my plan when he was being all lovey dovey. He was being to nice and that wasn't making it easy for me to be mean.

Focus Ivy, focus.

I sighed.

"Back to earth sweetheart" I was snapped out of my reverie

"You look soo beautiful" grams said with her palms on either side of her face

I smiled at her through the mirror

"I can't believe you're getting married in two days" mum said as we all admired the wedding gown I was in

I can't believe it neither, mum.

"Me too" I said

"Are you happy?" Mum asked out of nowhere

I looked at her through the mirror and looked down at my gown
"I'm happy if you and dad are" I said

"Honey, this is your life" she said "Your dad and I just want what's best for you. You might not realise that now but when the time comes, you'll be happy that we got you married to Dave"

I sighed.
"There's nothing to be happy about getting married to someone who crushed your heart and stole your dream"

"Sweetheart, your mum's right" Grams said "Give it time and you'll be the happiest girl in the world"

I sighed.

Only if you knew what I'm planning to do after getting married to this a-hole.

I nodded
"Okay" I said "I'll give it time"

I scoffed inwardly

I looked at my reflection in the mirror and got lost in my thoughts

I scanned the sea of people, searching for him. I kept glancing at my phone in case he's calling. But no.

"Ivy!" I heard his voice

I looked up and scanned the crowd again.

I saw him waving at me, smiling. I grinned, ruining to him.

"Luke" I jumped on him when I got to him

He twirled me around in front of everyone at the airport

"Hey beautiful" he placed me on the ground

"How are you?" I asked "I missed you" I added

"I know" he said plainly

I hit his chest frowning

He laughed and hugged me
"I missed you to"

I picked his duffel bag from the ground and we walked to my car

"How's everyone at home?" I aksed when we were in our way to the house

"They're fine" he said, smiling

Luke is UK based. He travelled back after graduation. He's here for my wedding.

"How's hot-douche?" He asked

I chuckled
"I don't know, I don't care" I said

I felt his gaze on me
"You know you do" he said

I sighed

"Why don't you give you guys a chance?" He asked

I shook my head
"Luke, you were there during graduation when he was being all clingy and possessive" I said "It was all an act. He doesn't actually care. He just did that to get my parents, to get me married, to him"
