{Percy x Reader} Hit the Jackpot

Prompt: percy wakes up after surgery and is still loopy (based on the video above!!)

Warnings: reader is a girl in this imagine, cursing

Word Count: less than 400, it's v small but v cute

Percy mumbled to himself unconsciously as his eyes were shut, and you smiled at him.

"He'll be fine," Will promised. "But since he's just waking up he might still be a little loopy."

Will gave you a reassuring smile, giving you some snacks for Percy to eat before he left the room.

"Did I have the surgery yet?" You heard Percy question with wide green eyes.

You laughed. "Yes, Perc."

His head turned to you and his eyebrows raised. "Woah,"

You raised an eyebrow in response.

"Are you like, a model or something?" He asked, his puppy dog eyes admiring you.

"No, Percy." You smiled and brushed back his very messy black hair from blocking his vision with your hand.

He continued to stare at you. "Then who sent you?"

You smiled brightly, taking one of his hands."I'm your wife, Percy."

His ocean eyes widened even more and he took his free hand and held his head. "You're kidding!!"

"No Percy," You giggled, and you showed him the ring on your right hand. "I'm Y/N. We're married."

He gaped at the ceiling, looking at you, then looking back at the ceiling. "No way!! I hit the jackpot!!"

You rubbed your thumb over his warm hand, smiling giddily.

"Here, Perc. Eat some food." You attempted to feed him some crackers, but he resisted.

"How long have we been married?" He persisted. "Have we kissed?!"

"Yes, babe. We've kissed." You assured him, and he continued to hold his forehead in shock.

He looked back at you, his gorgeous green eyes staring innocently into yours. "Wow."

He held the cracker in his hands, staring off at the hospital wall, thinking to himself out loud."But you're gorgeous?? How did I?"

Percy gazed at you, reaching his hand out to touch your face. "You're the most beautiful woman I've ever seen," he hiccuped before exclaiming loudly again. "We're married?!"

You laughed again, nodding. You pushed his smooth hand back to eat his cracker.

"You," he took a small bite of his cracker. "are eye-candy. Woah."

He raised his eye brows as if he had discovered something. "Wait a minute, are you only dating me because I have a big-"

"PERCY!!" You interrupted him from finishing his question. "I love you, alright? I promise."

The rest of the evening he continued to gape at you, still in shock that he ever got someone as beautiful as you.
