Tyler
My mom gave me some money earlier after her job interview. She said it went very well and is expecting to start in a couple days. As for the money, she gave me $100 (probably got it from a good blow job). So, I decided to go to the music store in downtown. In my band class today, we talked about guitar related instruments and the ukulele seemed so tiny and lovely. I just hope they have one here, if not, I'll look for something else. But I've always wanted to try something out, I just never had the money to afford it.

I walk inside and smile slightly at all of the beautiful and delicate instruments that lie ahead of me. I walk around for a bit until I find what I'm looking for. Bingo, I grab it off the shelf and look at the price. $69. Perfect. I take it up to the register and set it down on the counter top, not paying attention to the yellow haired boy in front of me. Wait. My eyes shoot up, a blush already rising to my cheeks.

"Hey, you're that new kid from today." He says, checking out the item. "Stupid ass bitch gonna make me do her fucking job." I hear him mumble under his breath, making me feel awkward. He puts the ukulele in a big brown sack and hands it to me. Our hands grace each other's, making me go more red.

"Ew! Don't touch me perv!" He yanks his hand away. "Sarah! I'm done working this for you! Don't touch me again newbie." He growls then stomps out of the store. I blink the tears back out of my eyes, and walk out quietly. How rude.

"Ty! Get up, we gotta go to school!" Zack gently pushes me awake, yet basically screaming right in my ear drum. I shove him away and sit up. One thing I do not like is getting up this early, I hate it. I quickly get ready so I can get there early again. Hopefully, I'll run into Hayley. I run out the door and run all the way to school. I know most kids would probably walk as fast as a turtle to a place like this, but I'm still so excited. I just gotta avoid a few people then I'll be good. And like I said, everyone was super nice to me for the most part.

To my luck, Hayley was indeed, already here. I smile and run up to her, panting heavily as I come to a stop. She giggles making me smile even more. She waves and motions us inside. I raise a brow, but she just held her finger up. The doors aren't open yet, why are we going in? My question is soon answered as we walk into the band hall.

"Ah, hello Hayley!" She waves. "Tyler." I smile. "Hayley I already know why you're here, but what about you Tyler?" I point to the class ukulele, Mr. Min following my finger. "Ah, I see, well, have at it! Also, Mr. Dun is in the drum room, so sorry for that extra noise." And that's all that's said then he's back in his office.

I look at Hayley in frown, she's shaking violently. I lay a hand on her shoulder and squeeze it gently. 'It'll be okay.' She nods and walks over to the guitar, starting to strum it lightly. I walk over to the uke, picking it up carefully. I have no idea how to play this what so ever. I guess I must learn. I know I have to tune it, only because that's what Hayley was doing. I make my way over to Hayley and give it to her, she smiles and plucks at a few strings, making funny faces until I guess it sounds right. She hands it back and I nod at her. I walk back to where I was and strum randomly, repeating things that sound right. I was so caught up, I didn't notice Josh come out of the room. I didn't notice him drag Hayley off again. I didn't notice the music teacher telling me to get out. I didn't notice.

I didn't see Hayley nor Josh first period. Even Mr. Way was slightly surprised to not see Hayley there. I wrote down the last time I saw the two and he just nodded, making an O shape with his mouth. It wasn't until 10 minutes before class the two came in. Hayley's hair was a wreck along with her clothes. She gave Mr. Way a pass and the sat down next to me. I raised an eyebrow at her for an explanation, but she just shook it off. Josh was plastered with purple spots, did he get sick? Or, wait, oh. That's gross. I cringe and focus back on my paper. I look up at Josh, who appears to be sweating a bit as well. Ew.

It's already my last period and I actually wanna die. As I change, I suddenly feel strong hands grab me and throw me to the ground. "Hey Joseph, we see you staring at Dun. Don't be such a faggot." What's a faggot? My mom calls me that too and I don't even know what it means. A strong kick goes to my stomach, making me wince in pain. "C'mon, speak up for yourself, oh wait, you can't!" The kicks kept coming, soon, I felt and heard a crack. Shit. Then, some asshole kicks me in the face, causing my vision go to black. Crack.
