ch. 23

I gulped the moment those words came out of my mother's mouth. This can never be good. 

"Y-Yes?" Ah shit I was stuttering, now she knows I'm vulnerable. 

"I don't like you seeing that boy Tyler. Not one bit. I forbid you to see him, and if I catch you seeing him again, you're going to pay. Understand me?" I nodded slowly as tears started to build up in my eyes. This can't be happening. The only thing in my life that's making me happy, she's taking away. No, no I refuse. 

"N-no!" I shouted. A wild look glazed over her eyes. Shit. She lunged at me and grabbed me by the throat, choking me. 

"Now now Tyler, you don't say no to me! You are going to stop seeing him and if you don't I'll hurt him!" I was full on crying now, which wasn't helping my current situation because I couldn't breathe. At all. I tried kicking at her and punching her, but she wasn't having it. Out the corner of the eye, I saw Zack take the kids down to the basement. Thank goodness. I started to feel a little light headed and I started to see different shades and sizes of spots. I'm going to die. 

"You know what? I'm just going to send you away so you'll never see him again!" She was sadistic, a psycho! You could see it in her eyes. She finally threw me onto the ground and immediately rushed to her phone. I couldn't understand what she was saying after that, I couldn't focus on her while I was trying to catch my breath. In fact, the last thing I remember is me crying and Zack tugging on mom while screaming at her, then I passed out.

"Yes, of course, I'll have his stuff ready in 10 minutes then you can be on your way to pick him up. Bye!" 

I opened my eyes and was slightly shocked to see that I was still on the floor. I looked up at mom, who was giving me a devilish smirk. "Pack your bags sweetie, you're going to be going somewhere for a very long time." I didn't know what she meant or what she was saying, I had forgotten what had just the hell happened. However, I did what I was told and started to pack. I grabbed things I thought I might need and things that have value to me. After I thought I had everything I wanted, there was a knock at the door. My mom answered it and in came two big dudes wearing black suits. They looked scary. I approach my mom and give her a confused look. 

"Is this him ma'am?"

"Indeed it is, he's all yours!" All of the sudden they are dragging me away to their car. "Wait, I wanna say goodbye to the kids!" I started to scream and cry again whilst kicking and trying to get out of their strong hold. I saw Zack peek out from mom, along with Madison and Jay, they were all crying too, even the baby. Zack started screaming too and tried to run up to me, but my mom held him back.

"NO TYLER, NO, NO, NO!" 

"I'll be okay Zacky! Keep them safe, I love you all!" I couldn't stop crying. I couldn't stop. They shoved me into their large van and closed the doors. I was in a little separate room. There was no light and I couldn't see a thing. I guess I hadn't stopped crying until I finally fell asleep.

I feel someone grab my arm and yank me out of the vehicle. I saw the same two guys, the ones that were now and currently dragging me away. As I looked up at the large building, my mouth went dry. 

It was an asylum. The name read, The Fixable Camp, but I knew it was no camp, I could tell. My mom thought I was crazy. 

And hell maybe I was for falling in love with the boy who has the sun for hair.
