The Zabrak smiled at Ezra. "You've grown greatly since I met you all those years ago on Malachor. It's time you made your mark on the Galaxy...I had my chance to do that but I failed and I accept it now. It's your turn now." The human stared at Maul. He shook his head, closed his eyes and grinned. "Huh, I never thought you would be the sentimental type, Old Man." Ezra chuckled. "So, you really mean it?" The Zabrak nodded. "I do. Like I said, it's time you made your mark on this Galaxy. When I say that, I mean I want you to get off this ship. Preferably in the next few minutes." Maul growled at Ezra's expression. "Do you know how many credits it costs to feed and clothe a growing human boy? I will tell you it is a lot." Ezra laughed. "Okay, okay, I get it. You want me out of your metaphoric hair. I'll pack my things, but the least you could do is give me a few credits." The Zabrak grinned. "Of course I will." Maul brought Ezra to the cargo hold of the ship. Truth be told, I will miss him. Even if he's been a thorn in my side on one too many occasions, he still wears the marks of my clan. He's not just an apprentice...he's my friend, my brother. Ezra smiled at the Zabrak when they arrived at the cargo hold. Maul had packed all of the boy's things. "So, you just gonna drop me off on some random planet?" Ezra asked. Maul grinned, "No, I'm going to show you your ship." The doors of the cargo hold opened revealing a Mandalorian Gauntlet much like Maul's own. One of the most notable differences of the Fighter to Maul's own was the color. It was a bright yellow and blue. Ezra gaped as he stared at it. He turned around to face the Zabrak. "You got me a ship!" It wasn't a question. Maul nodded, "I did. You can't rely on public transportation to get you anywhere. I've had this in storage for awhile, thought you might need it." Ezra grinned and hugged the Zabrak tight. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" He let go of Maul and smiled. "Does it already have a name?" Maul shook his head. Ezra frowned, "That won't do... Does the Vagabond sound like a good name for a ship." The Zabrak nodded. "It does." Ezra smiled, "The Vagabond it is then!" He declared. Ezra sighed and looked at the ground. "So...is this is where we part ways?" He asked. The Zabrak nodded, "I believe so. Though of course you're welcome to ask for help any time you have trouble with the Empire." Ezra chuckled. "Yeah... I'm gonna miss this." The human heaved a backpack over his shoulder, he glanced at Maul and smiled. "Goodbye, master." And with that, the Vagabond's doors closed, it took off and entered HyperSpace.

Maul stared after Ezra Bridger and smiled. That boy certainly has a future ahead of him.

I swear I'm tearing up. There! This is the end of the story folks, I hoped you enjoyed this. I'll certainly write more with these two in the future, but I think I might take a break. Perhaps I'll start sometime this spring, who knows? All I know is that I loved all of your comments and I'm so glad you guys have put up with all my rambling.

Comments are always appreciated and thank you so much for reading this!!
