Tank Attacks

Leo's POV

My brothers, the Kraang and I chase after Shredder as he rides away in his tank. It's not a military tank, it's pure black. I don't know who made it or if it's any different than a regular one, but I don't plan on finding out anytime soon.

Karai has disappeared, I don't know where she has gone. She isn't on the tank with Shredder and I didn't see her running in the opposite direction. I'm starting to wonder if she was told to run away or if she just did it anyways.

All of us are now approximately ten feet away from the Shredder. The tank goes a decent speed, but not fast enough to outrun us. The Kraang pull out their guns and start shooting at Shredder. I look over at Donnie. He holds his arm in pain as he runs. Blood is dripping from his arm and I can only imagine the pain he's in. I feel bad for him, he didn't see it coming and if I were to, I'd make sure it hit me instead.

He kept on getting closer and closer to the Shredder. About now, we were eight feet away from him. Shredder noticed that and knew he had to take us out. He started playing around with some buttons and the next thing I knew these missiles were flying in our direction!

"Watch out!" I cry hoping my brothers don't get hit. The four of us take cover. At least seven Kraang were taken out from those two missiles. This is probably the only time I actually wish they weren't hit! They're on our side right now, I don't think this'll ever happen again!

Shredder presses another button in attempt to knock us out. A big wave of fire shoots out of the back of the tank. None of us were close enough to get struck, but it was very close. Shredder knew we were going to catch up in no time. This wasn't part of his plan and there was only one option left for him, to run.

The next thing we knew, the tank stopped! We were all glad thinking he gave up until he went to the crystal and pulled it out! With the crystal in hand, he started running away!

"After him!" I yell. Shredder will not be getting away this time! Or at least not with that crystal! If he escapes he can still do a lot of damage with the amount of energy the crystal gives off with or without the tank.

And once again, we chased the Shredder but this time with maybe only forty Kraang after losing some to the Shredder. The odds still seemed pretty good that he wasn't going to end up with the crystal. He did enough damage with driving twenty feet on a tank.
