                                                          Chapter 10

Eliza smiled and said, "Good morning everyone."

"Good morning Eliza." Penelope said.

Eliza noticed a large ring on Penelope's left hand and asked, "Is that what I think it is?"

Penelope grinned and said, "Victor asked me to marry him last night after we got back from the club."

Eliza sat next to Penelope, grabbed her left hand, and looked at the ring. It was gold and shaped into a rose with a diamond in the middle of it. "It is absolutely stunning. Congratulations to you both."

Victor smiled and said, "Thank you Eliza. I am starved."

Colin shook Victor's hand in a congratulatory manor, hugged Penelope, and said, "Then let's eat. I need to go into the city to do a few things today. Will you be okay on your own my darling?"

"Penelope will keep me company." Eliza said smiling. "There are things that I would like to try to get done myself."

Grace and Camilla walked into the room and said, "And that is where we come in. We will be here to keep her safe and occupied." Colin smiled as he stood up, kissed Eliza softly before motioning for Victor to join him and then left her sitting there with a smile. Grace said, "I have made an appointment for us at the Alfred Angelo Bridal in DeWitt, New York. Now let us vamoose so that we can get the dress and be back before Colin returns." Eliza and Penelope smiled and followed Grace and Camilla out to the awaiting car.

When they arrived they were greeted by a smiling sales person who then handed us off to a woman named Sabrina. Sabrina asked, "Now who is the lovely bride?"

Eliza blushed and said, "That would be me."

"Was there a specific gown that you were looking to try on?" Sabrina asked with a smile.

"I was hoping that I could look at the Disney Bridal Collection. I had four that I really like and I happen to have the numbers of each gown written down." Eliza said fishing a piece of paper out of her pocket and handed it to Sabrina.

Sabrina looked over the list, smiled, and said, "These are wonderful choices. Let me go fetch these so that we can try them on." Everyone nodded while they settled in. Eliza was shown to a fitting room when Sabrina was ready. Sabrina helped her into the first dress whish was style 211 and was supposed to be for Snow White. When she was in the gown Sabrina asked, "Do you want to show them this one?"

Eliza said, "I might as well show them all to them. I only have four gown to try on." Eliza tood a deep breath, lifted the skirt and walked out to her family.

They gasped when she stood on a small pedestal in front of three mirrors. Camilla said, "Not my favorite for you my darling darghter but, what do you think Penelope?"

"I do not think that it is truly made for her. Eliza what do you think about this one?" Penny said turning her attention to her best friend.

"I agree. Shall we move onto the next one?" Eliza asked scrunching her nose. They all nodded. Sabrina led Eliza back to the dressing room selected style 205 which was for Cinderella. Eliza smiled, she liked this one because it had a little sparkle in it but, she was not a very glitzy person. When she walked out everyone shook their heads and did not even comment on it. They went back to the dressing room, Eliza picked out style 206 that was for Belle to try on next. She like this one with the fabric around the shoulders so she asked, "Can we put the fabric around the shoulders?" Sabrina nodded and added the fabric.
