Chapter 10
Kristoff
(Elsa's PoV)I look at my reflection in the ice. I look amazing with blonde hair, I think. I pulled my hair down into a side braid and added some snowflakes as decoration.
The mountain I put my castle on must be freezing to any normal person. But I can't feel a thing! I test out my ice powers again and a burst of snowflakes fills the air.
I laugh with joy. Freedom! Finally! I spin and dance around the great room. I slip and slide on the ice but I still stay standing. Then I hear a voice.
"Elsa," it says. I immediately turn around and shot ice shards at the voice. But no one's there. "Hello," I say, "is anyone there?"
No one answers. Not even the mysterious voice. I turn back to ice mirror and think. The voice almost sounded like... No. It couldn't be. My mother?
(Kristoff's PoV)
I sit in the run down barn with Sven. Sven is still angry with me for not getting his carrots so I take out my lute and start to play him a song."Reindeers are better than people," I sing, "Sven don't you think that's true."
Then in Sven's voice I say, "Yeah people will beat you, and curse you, and cheat you! Every one of them's bad, except you."
Then back in my voice I say, "Oh thanks buddy. But people smell better than reindeers. Sven, don't you think I'm right?"
Then in Sven's voice, "That's once again true, for all except you."
"You got me. Let's call it a night."
"Goodnight."
"Don't let the frostbite bite." then I hear the door being opened and Sven and I jump up.
"Nice duet," the girl from the trading post says.
"Oh, it's just you," I say, "what do you want?"
"I want you to take me up the North Mountain," she replies.
I lean back and put my hat over my eyes. "I don't take people places."
"Let me rephrase that," then something big and heavy falls on my lap. "Take me up the North Mountain. Please."
I open up the bag that she threw at me. Inside is the pick and rope I wanted. I look at her then the bag. I sigh, "We leave at dawn," then I lean back and put my hat over my eyes again, ready for sleep. "And you forgot the carrots for Sven."
That's when another bag hits me in the face. "Oh! I'm sorry!" the girl says. Then she clears her throat and stands tall, "We leave now. Right now." Then she walks out.
I just stare at the door. Then I take out a carrot and let Sven have a bite. Then I take a bite and get up to get ready to go. I can't believe I got talked into this, I think.

Soon we are both in the sled and Sven is hitched up and we are on our way.(Anna's PoV)
"So," I say, "what's your name?""Kristoff," he says, "and you?"
"Princess Anna."
"Princess?" he looks slightly startled. "I guess that sort of makes sense. It explains why you were asking so many weird questions."
I just roll my eyes and he keeps on going.
