I ran into a little cove when I thought I was far enough away from that hut. This place had a large lake in the middle and was a nice spot to fly away after I got Snow here. I called out to her quiet at first just in case she was close by, and just in case anyone else showed up.

I waited and tried at least four more times calling out to her louder each time just hoping no one else showed up when I finally heard rustling in the bushes. Unsure of what to do I slipped behind a rock controlling my breathing I looked waiting to see who came out.

"I'm here (Y/n) where are you? " I looked out from behind the rock and saw Snow with a jet black dragon. He had a partial tail with the other half being man made. Snow must have seen me as she came bounding to me with the other dragon hot on her heals. "There you are, why didn't you answer my calls? We were worried about you, right Toothless?"

I looked from her to the dragon she called Toothless. "Why is that dragon following you, and who is Toothless? I remember going to bed with you and mom then waking up in a strange place. Are you conspiring with them? Where is mom?" I backed away slowly and turned when I heard more leaves shuffling. A RumbleHorn with three riders came up to the edge of the clearing.

"Toothless there you are bud, I was starting to get worried there. Oh look you found (Y/n) nice going. Ok (y/n) I think its time you mount... (Y/n)?" I started backing away from the strange speaking Viking but ended up backed up into the rocks. I looked around panicking realizing I was boxed in with the dragons and other Vikings blocking my only exit.

I rawred a distress call that I had heard a few weeks ago hoping it would call a Monstrous Nightmare and to my luck it did. It swooped down in front of me and growled at all of them, "Thank you for the aid, do you think you can get me out of here."

"Of course I can, hop on young dragon child." I hopped on his back and he took off. Snow looked up at me and ran to follow us but got stopped by the black dragon. "Where are we heading?"

"Far away from here."

(Hiccups POV)

When we arrived on dads RumbleHorn I saw (Y/N) talking to Snow. "Toothless there you are bud, I was starting to get worried there. Oh look you found (Y/n) nice going. Ok (y/n) I think its time you mount... (Y/n)?" She was staring at me with wide eyes as she started to back away. I tried walking up to her dad and Gobber having jumped down from SkullCrushers' back. She backed up into the rocks then suddenly made a Monstrous Nightmare distress call. A few moments later it jumped down into our path as we backed up.

It growled at us then spoke to her. She jumped onto its back and they flew off. Snow tried to follow them but Toothless groaned to her and she just looked down. Then turned to me and came over. Sliding behind me she lay down moaning slightly. "Hiccup your friend seems... well different, and while I'm sure there is a great explanation as to why she acted like that we really should consider the possibility of her not coming back."

"Gobber if I can find her I'm sure I can get her to come back, she wouldn't just leave Snow like this. Come on Toothless, Snow lets go find (Y/n)." I hopped onto Toothless and Snow sobered over to us. We took off in the direction that we saw her fly off into and had been flying now for a good hour or so and the sun was just starting to peak over the horizon. We had flown over at least two islands without finding a hint of where she could have gone.

"What do you think bud? Should we keep going or head back." I looked to Toothless who glanced back and wined at me. "Keep going it is." Once again we hit another island and this one had a cave on it. We dove to the cave and saw sign of scorch marks, and the remains of a fire. "This must have been put out recently maybe she is close by. Snow take the island, Toothless and I will look in the caves."
