Chapter Two
Tris's Pov
I was standing on the grass watching Christina try to do a backflip, she wanted to sign up for cheerleading.
I started laughing when she went into a bride and tried to get up but failed.
"Chris, your going to break you're back!" I say laughing
"Yeah!" Will agrees. He was standing beside me, watching Chris.
Christina walks over to us and smiles. "Wanna come with me to sign up?"
I sigh. "What other option do we have."
Will smiled. "Are you sure you want to sign up?"
Christina furrowed her eyebrows at him. "Uh yeah!"
He held his hands up in defence. "Okay! Okay, I just don't want to see you get hurt."
She takes my arm and his hand and together we walk into the school.
We started talking about how much we hate school, until I bump into someone.
Four...
"Hey! Watch were your going! This jacket was more then your whole outfit." Four shrieks.
"Whatever." I continue walking but he grabs my arm. I try and yank my arm away but he has a firm grip. "What?"
"Can I talk to you for a moment?" He asks, his voice low.
"Why?" I ask. Christina looks at him.
"Just come with me." He pulls me the opposite way I was going.
I yank my arm away. "Fine, but only for a minute." I look at Christina and Will. "Go ahead, I'll be there soon."
Christina looks at me concerned but turns and walks away with Will.
I turn back to Four. "What do you want?"
He looks around. "Not here."
I sigh. "Four, I don't care what you have to say. I want to go with Christina!" I whine.
He ignores me and walks into a room, I follow.
The room is the boiler room, were the janitors go for break, but thankfully they aren't here now.
He turns back to me. "Okay. So, do you know where Lauren is?" He asks
"Is that all you wanted to know, Four?! Do you think I know, or quite frankly care?" I demand.
He glares at me. "This is serious, she's been gone for weeks, and she hasn't answered my texts, calls, Emails anything!"
"How would I know? She's your girlfriend. I don't hang out with her."
"I asked everyone but you and your friends. I really am worried." He does look concerned as he bites his thumb nail.
"Maybe she wants time alone." I shrug.
"No. She loves being with me, everyone does, let's be honest." He smirks.
He was his old self again.
"Not everyone loves you, Four. " I reply, "I certainly don't love being around you."
"Yeah well, after my party tonight you will." He smirks.
"What makes you think I'm going?"
"Everyone is, even your friends."
I roll my eyes. "I have better things to do then go to your party and watch people get drunk."
