Hey guys. I am SOOO sorry I haven't updated. I has so much to do this month, so much home work!

I just went back and did some grammar correcting to my first few chapters and wow! I have improved the story SO much from then to now.

That being said, I haven't done this in a while but thank you so, so much for all the reads and votes on this book! It's crazy how I wrote this because of my passion for writing and I get all these reads, it's amazing. Thank you so much.

It's crazy how much this story has changed/ become since the first chapter! And of course that would only be possible because of you! Thank you.

I haven't updated regularly because I am currently in two different writing contests for the next year and I need to be done the book. It's not divergent related but it's a fanfic that is on my computer.

But anyway, here's the chapter.

Hopefully the chapter being in Tobias's POV will try and make up for the SUPER late update.

Ps. Read what I have to say at the end. It's important if you like Marlene.

Chapter 25

Tobias's POV

I woke up to the unpleasant sound of my phone ringing.

Sighing I reach over and grab my phone before sliding and answering the call.

"Hello?" My voice is groggy from sleep.

"Tobias." It was Joel.

I narrow my eyes and clear my throat. Checking the time, I notice it's only 8 in the morning. Something must be important if he called this early.

"What's up Joel?"

"It's dad."

"F***. What happened." I sit up and pull my feet to the side of the bed.

"Someone tried to bail him out."

"Who would do that?"

"I don't know, man. But you better come back. I'm pretty sure they're going to let him out."

"Joel I'm suppose to have four more days here! This is my escape from my life there."

"Well I'm sorry buddy, but you can't escape for long. I need you here in two days."

And with that, he hangs up.

Cursing, I set my phone down and rub my face. I look over at Tris and see her sleeping peacefully.

I carefully get out of bed and throw on a shirt before walking out of the room and into the kitchen. I make myself some toast and pour a glacé of orange juice.

"What's the matter."

I look around to see Tris standing at the entrance of the kitchen. Her eyes look sleepy yet determined for answers.

I motion for her to come sit beside me. And she does.

"Joel called me."

"What he say?"

"He needs me to go back."

"How come?"

My eyes meet hers. "Someone tried to bail out Marcus."

She gasps and her eyes widen. "Who?"

"I'm not sure. I mean I don't know who would want to let him out."
